This thesis deal with organic agriculture and the demand for its products in the municipalities of different sizes in Moravia. Consumer behavior and demand for organic products was the aim of the questionnaire in the region. The questionnaire consisted of 18 questions and was completed by 150 respondents. The data obtained have been properly evaluated and processed into graphs. The results of the survey respondents the average awareness of organic food. After evaluation of the results have shown the organic foods most commonly buy women aged 19-35 years of Brno-country district with secondary education finished with an income of 10 000-19 999 Czk. Consumers of organic food shall be considered as expensive and their higher price is a major restriction to their purchase. They often buy vegetables, fruits and dairy products. Organic food they buy in specialized stores and health food stores, about once a month and these foods will spend the amount of 501-1 000 Czk.
Biopotraviny a farmářské potraviny - současný stav a perspektivy na Brněnsku

The thesis deals with the current situation of organic food and farmers food in Brno Region. These products have become more and more popular thanks to the way of their production (organic food) and a possibility of a direct contact with their producers (farm food). The work focuses on the origin of organic and farmers products in selected shops as well as on consumers preferences and motivations to buy these products evaluated from the data gathered in a questionnaire survey (150 respondents). The detailed analysis and evaluation of the data obtained in the survey mentioned above show that some of the concerned shops have the same contractors, which may be a result of the fact that their products are popular with customers and/or they produce enough to meet the demands of the market. The organic products are bought by 81,4 % and farmers products by 85,3 % respondents. In many cases organic products are at the same time local farmers products. Yard sales, box sales and farmers markets are among the most popular forms of sale. The respondents go to the farmers markets to buy both organic products (64,2 %) and farmers products (64,2 %). Despite the growing popularity of these products, I assume that there is still a lot of research work to be done and a necessity to provide the public with unbiased information on their quality.

Bachelor's thesis named "Market realization of organic food in the Czech Republic" follows up the problems of organic food and current fashionable sector, which exists within the organic agriculture. The organic agriculture is a specific way of farming with extra conditions and it is environment-friendly. The important part of the thesis consists of the definition of organic food itself, clarification of processing, production, checking system and labeling. The next is summary of possible ways of organic sale. The essential part is composed of analysis of the Czech market: supply and demand. Some proposals to support Czech market are put forward in conclusion. It is not only about the support from the state but also about my own, which could lead to increasing trend of the sector in our country.
Market research of non-dairy foods of BIO quality for children from the age of 6 months in the Czech Republic.

The diploma thesis is being focused on baby food in bio quality. After the breast feeding period is the critical question what and how the infant should be fed. In regard to the future health of the infants is this issue very important. The results are based on the basis of market research in the Czech Republic with vegetable, meat and vegetable snacks, fruit snacks, cereal and legume snacks. Senzoric analysis focused on fish and poultry feeds.
Quality of selected meat products produced in standard and organic quality

The aim of this Master thesis was to compare the presence of used preservation substances and basic ingredients in meat products made in regular and bio-quality. In practical part of the thesis, a polarization measurement was done with the aim to determine whether there is a quality difference between these two production qualities. The obtained data were subsequently processed and statistically evaluated. The statistical evaluation showed that the basic composition of meat products in regular and bio-quality is basically identical in percentage. Furthermore, the frequency of used preservation additives in different foods was statistically evaluated as well. In conclusion, food products in bio-quality showed 0.7 less additive content compared to regular food product, however, the difference was still weighed as statistically insignificant.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of ecological agriculture in the district of Tábor. The theoretical part describes the basics of organic farming, the state and development of ecological agriculture in the Czech Republic and in the world. The work focuses on evaluating the state of ecological agriculture in the district of Tábor using statistical methods, qualitative and quantitative research. Finally, there is an evaluation of the entire research and recommendations for practice.
