Design of parking place in crematorium of Brno cemetry

The subject of this thesis is to solve the problem of the lack of the parking places at the city crematorium of the Central Cemetery of Brno. The main task is to deploy the parking lots on the northern and western side of the Central Cemetery. The parking lot on the western side should take into consideration the proposal for a new entrance from this side. This thesis also includes solutions for wheelchair access and for building a new bus stop.
Guest House

The objective of the master´s thesis is design of the building in the Valtice city. The building is designed as single-detached dwelling. On the first floor are located wine cellar, sanitary facilities for guests and the staff, common areas and guest accommodation facilities. The second and third floor are designed for guest accommodation facilities and for a need of the staff. The wine cellar and one room unit are designed as a wheelchair accessible. External walls are made of Heluz Family 44 brickwork. Ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting system is made of Porotherm 25 / 25 AKU SYM. The building is three-level house with flat roof and partly basement.
Detached house with copycentre

The subject of my thesis is the design non-celar two-storey family house with a shop of copy requirements and copycentr. The building is built in a quiet village in the Štíty near Šumperk, in the cadastral Štíty-město. The house is designed for 4 people. Access to the building and premises are wheelchair accessible. The support structures are built of aerated concrete blocks insulated slabs of mineral wool. House is built on a strip of plain concrete. The roof is a truss, saddle. The project is the work of the seminar focused on assessment of structures in terms of thermal and acoustic techniques.
Guest House "Na Pasekach"

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project of a guest house, which is located in the area of Žďárské Vrchy. The concerned building stays on its own in a gently sloped down terrain. The whole building is constructed in a barrier-free way and is primarily intended to be used for recreation as well as housing capacity including eating facilities. The aforementioned premises are build on a rectangular groundplan with architectonic features of a log farmer´s house with agricultural buildings inside of the inbuild yard. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, furthermore room for social activities, terace, hall, reception, kachen, store house, bathroom and premises for employees. Attic apartments are constructed in the way that allows different sizes of the rooms. This range varies from two bed up to four bed rooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people including private bathrooms; and also small flat for the keeper of the premises. The building is designed with a wall-bearing system based on fundamental isolating special shaped bricks wasted in boarding of a plinth of fundamentals TERMO, formed from a concrete of a type C16/20. The vertical bearing-constructions are bricked from Porotherm 44 PROFI, Porotherm 36,5 PROFI on a mortar and light construction of a type of wooden house. The ceiling construction is made of prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll Goldbeck. Half-Hipped Roof is made of wooden roof truss and is covered with special roofing material EUREKO DDS II in the shade of black. Facade is partly made of wooden facing, and partly plastered with facade plastering BAUMIT. Windows and entrance doors are wooden. For parking there are 18 spots available, out of which 2 are reserved for people with disabilities.
Detached house with bookstore in Haklovy Dvory

This bachelor´s thesis deals with a project of a new building of the family house with a bookstore. The building has three floors with a basement. The building will be located in the village Haklovy Dvory near city České Budějovice. The building will also function for residential buildings. Apartment in second floor is designed for a four-member family and apartment in third floor for a three-member or four-member family. Spaces of bookstore are available barrier free. The building will also slightly contributes to a better environment owing to green parts of the roof. Other roofs are flat designed. Its architectural design and construction system meets the modern trends in civil engineering and architecture and does not interfere with the surrounding buildings.
The New Block of Flats

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentation for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.
Detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.
Center of water skiing Soběslav

The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.
Mixed-use Building

This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.
