Financial analysis of Colorlak, a.s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on complex assessment of development of Colorlak, a.s. from 2006 to 2010. The company is analyzed with help of absolute and relative indicators, with respect to the rules of golden rules of accounting and economic standards. The next analysis is based on bankruptcy and financial standing models and then comparison with relevant industry indicators. The comparison uses Spider analysis. This thesis also includes possible prediction of future for the company. Data for analysis is mined from company annual reports, internal documents and information portal of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

Financial analysis of FC Baník Ostrava, a.s.

Financial analysis provides a detailed picture of the economic and financial situation. The aim of this work is its application to the football club FC Banik Ostrava, a.s. The work is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part describes the subject of financial analysis, its users, sources of information and clarification of the methods and techniques. Practical part transfer this knowledge into practice, deals with the analysis of accounting data and their evaluation. In the case of football environment is a very important part of thesis the intercompany comparison. The conclusion contains the results of the evaluation and prediction of future development.

Financial analysis of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s.

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s. from the perspective of an external user using different methods of financial analysis. These methods are described in the first so-called methodical part, which precedes the actual financial analysis of the company contained in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analyzing the financial situation of the company of the years 2006-2010 using the described methods including horizontal and vertical analysis of the accounting statements, financial ratios, analysis of the indicator EVA and bankruptcy and financial standing models. Financial analysis is further enriched by the comparison of selected indicators with industry, which the company operates in.

The thesis is focused on assessing the financial situation of Rodinný pivovar Bernard, a.s. in the reference period 2006 -- 2010. The thesis is dividend into theoretical -- methodological part and practical part. History of copany is also a part of this thesis. In theoretical -- methodological part I introduce indicators, models and methods of financial analysis used in practical part of thesis. In practical part I apply a specific value of copany Rodinný pivovar Bernard a.s. and I do rating.

The financial analysis of the firm and the intercompany comparison

This thesis is divided into two main parts-theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I occupy myself with the essence of the financial analysis, methods of the financial analysis, bankruptcy models, models of financial standing and methods of intercompany comparison. The practical part is concentrated on the processing of the financial analysis of dm-drogerie markt, s. r. o. in the years 2008-2010 and on the comparison with competitors in the same branch-ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. and SCHLECKER, a. s. in the same period. For the comparison I used ratio indicators, bankruptcy models (Altman Z-score, IN95), financial standing models (Kralicek Quick Test, Aspect Global Rating)), method of sequence, spider analysis. At the conclusion I evaluate all three companies with respect to their financial situation and with respect to their position on the drugstore market.
