Title: Production transtibial prosthesis TSB using a liner and vacuum system in patients with diabetes. Target work: My work consists of a general part which provides a brief overview of each step of treatment after the surgery, rehabilitation and prosthetic diabetic patient with transtibial amputation. In a special section describes the different types of stubs sockets, and their diference the attachment to stump for determining the type of administrative stub beds for diabetic patients with transtibial amputation. I describe the various types of liners and vacuum system. Finally, I describe the production of the TSB prosthesis. Methods: My work is theoretical studies to analysis and subsequent synthesis of current knowledge to solving issues. In my work, I relied on the findings of expert seminars, as well as the method I use an informal chat with an expert prosthetic individual companies and the available literature. Result: Stub socket with a one-way valve is a suitable alternative for amputees with diabetes and provides perfect comfort. Prevents the formation of calluses Keywords: transtibial prosthesis stubs sockets, Lower thigh prosthesis, vacuum systém, TSB, production transtibial protesis, liner.

1 ABSTRACT Title: Analysis of the functionality of the current transtibial prostheses Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to describe a history of the development of prosthetics from its inception to the present and describe the basic structure and distribution of lower limb prostheses. The thesis will also include analysis of functionality existing transtibial prostheses. To determine the required documents and clarify key issues: " whether transtibial prostheses are now able to fully replace the patient lost limbs" will be used poll/questionnaire . Methods: In the theoretical part, I used the literature search. I have analyzed the accumulated data from professional publications and books. In the empirical section, I did a quantitative research to determine whether transtibial prosthesis fully replace missing to the handicapped persons. Results: I think that the current prosthetics will replace to patients the functionality of the real limbs. Keywords: prostheses , leg prosthesis, femoral prosthesis , exartikulation in the knee, the development of prosthetic devices, amputation , foot, stump, construction , transtibial prosthesis
