In my thesis the focus is on the attraction with which I work in multiple planes. I focus on the essence of the material and its predictive value. I place emphasis on the significance of the use of specific material and use the category of its surface, superficies, fashion, luxury, kitsch, goodliness, atracction,object and desire. I work with visual, physical and sensual attraction.
Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties

5 Abstract This diploma thesis titled as Attraction and recruitment of university graduates: different perspectives of interested parties discusses the possible implementation of graduate recruitment within different organization. The text is divided into a theoretical part, which outlines the basic terminology and describes human resource activities connected with graduate recruitment and possible psychological profile and characteristics of graduates. The following chapters discuss situations that affect the perception of graduates in the labour market. The last chapter describes the available studies and investigations related to the evaluation of processes by participants. The empirical part focuses on the recruitment and selection of graduates in five different companies. The qualitative approach was used and semi-structured interviews were held with recruiters and graduates. The empirical part includes a comparison of processes in different companies, evaluate websites in the context of graduate recruitment and discuss the aspects of these processes, such as the perceived length of selection procedures, salary expectations of graduates and among other findings, what was most important to graduates when considering job offers. Podnikatelský plán - Využití atraktivity kontaktu s farmářskými zvířaty jako zdroje udržitelného byznisu v turismu

The goal of this thesis is to develop a sustainable and realistic business plan for the development of a tourist attraction based around the contact between visitors and farm animals. The thesis consists of the evaluation of tourism and agrotourism in Slovakia and in the region of Liptov, followed by the secondary research on agrotourism attractions. The selection of target groups, followed by primary market research and its evaluation, analysis of strategic partners and location, as well as the operations, marketing, and financials are presented in this thesis. The data presented prove that the business idea of creating a tourist attraction featuring farm animals is a viable tourist platform to build a business upon. The contingencies and risks are also analyzed resulting in a complete and viable business plan.

Analysis of tourism in the Písek area

The aim of the thesis was to analyse the Písek region regarding tourism services, to evaluate the potential of the area, scope of the offer of services, the scope of attractions that the region has to offer. Based on the analysis carried out, the aim was to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the region and to assess the attractiveness of the area as a tourist destination. Tourism stimulation proposals were suggested based on the acquired data.
Botanicus and its potential in Tourism

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate tourism potencial of the attraction Theme park Botanicus in Ostrá. In theoretical part there is a chapter, which defines basic terms such as destination and attraction and its division from many points of view. At the end of the chapter two terms- open-air village and theme park- are mentioned, analysed and compared there. The practical part consists of two main chapters. The first chapter describes Theme park Botanicus v Ostrá and its location connected with accessibility, range of services and competition which Theme park Botanicus copes with. The second chapter explains survey and interviews with visitors which the author conducted. Thanks of these methods the author evaluate the approach of the public, awarness and interest of the potencial visitors. Final chapter joins ideas of improvements.
ZOO´s offer as a visitor attraction of tourism in Czech republic

The bachelor thesis aim at offer of zoos in Czech Republic and analyse their popularity among people. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the offer of zoos in Czech Republic in consideration of their position among other visitor's attractions. First of all there are characterised basic terms related to this thesis. Then zoo is presented also as visitor attraction. Moreover, the offer of zoos in Czech Republic is analysed in detail. Primary survey is also a part of this thesis. This survey consists of questionnaire survey and direct questioning. In conclusion the author summarize the results of primary survey and suggest some steps for improvement of attractiveness of zoos.
Soft power of the EU

Soft power belongs to younger concepts in international relations theory and is mostly mentioned in correlation with specific states. But in today's world it is possible to study it in connection with other membersof international system. This master thesis deals with an analysis of the soft power of the European Union (EU) as a whole, which is one of the significant and visible players in the world. Except theoretical definition of the notion the thesis introduces analysis of the essential sources and tools of the EU's soft power. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to observationof current position of the European Union in international relations with respectto soft power. The aim of the thesis is to identify key sources and tools of the EU's soft power, evaluate it and to think about whether the EU as a community of countries can be compared to some particular countries from the view of reputation measured by soft power.
Small architecture in Tábor region and its new mission

In this dissertation we seized less conspicuous attractions which are situated in the choice locations of Tábor landscape. We endeavoured to discover other possibilities of utilization of the chosen destination, despite our initial impression that the destination was fully used. The most important task of this thesis was to analyze natural, historical and natural interests of this region. After detailed research/analyzes/discussions we discovered that there are a lot of ``hidden{\crq}q attractions in the locality. These attractions deserve their renewal and more attention from their visitors. On the base of information were created suggestions and recommendations for development of this destination.
