From the architectural point of view, the new housing development fits into the current image of the location in this quiet part of Brno, which is dominated by small houses with gabled roofs. The new buildings are characterized by asymmetrical gable and windows playfully placed in an asymmetrical pattern. Another distinctive element is the facade, which combines trapezoidal metal sheet and wooden cladding.
