The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company Dřevodílo Rousínov between the years 2018-2022 and presents proposals for the improvement. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, individual indicators of financial analysis are defined, which are subsequently used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part includes the current state of the company and calculations of individual indicators are performed. The last part contains an overall evaluation of the resulting calculations and suggestions for the improving the company’s financial situation.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to recommend measures for improving the current financial situation through a comprehensive financial analysis of the company Stavebniny Libor Smejkal, which specializes in the sale and purchase of construction materials. It also involves assessing the current economic state of the company and proposing solutions to identified deficiencies. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The theoretical part describes the importance of financial analysis and methodological approaches for its execution. The analytical part provides a brief introduction to the company and conducts the financial analysis based on theoretical knowledge. In the final proposal section, based on the results from the analytical part, options for improving the company's economic situation are suggested. The company analysis covers the period from 2018 to 2022.

The second part is practical and it applies the introduced methods and analyses the current state of the company. The third part is focused on overall results and it proposes improvements of the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of creating an internal directive concerning the inventory of assets and liabilities for the company AT Weldsteel, s.r.o. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the necessary theoretical foundations for creating internal directives and inventory processes. The analytical section assesses the current economic condition of the company and the present state of internal directives. Based on the previous analysis and theoretical foundations, the design section of the thesis develops an internal directive for the inventory of assets and liabilities.

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of selected indicators and concepts related to financial analysis. In the practical part, the financial analysis is calculated and then the results are evaluated. The final part of the thesis focuses on suggestions for improving the financial situation in the company.

Will be implemented in particular horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements. On the basic of the analysis of capital structures will be designed to optimise actual capital structure.
