Proposal for the new concept of assembling water ventilation systems of thermoregulation of a motor at an assembly line

The aim of this diploma thesis is processing of the design of the assembly line for assembling of water ventilation systems of thermoregulation of an engine. The proposal is comprised of determination of the line cycle time, required number of workers and a creation of three possible options of assembly line solution. The final variant will be chosen by using a multi-criterion evaluation.

The aim of the work was to process selected parts of the construction-technological project. Specifically, the scope of the chapters addressed the implementation of piles, the construction of foundation structures, and the assembly of a reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton. For the specified technological stage, a site equipment drawing was prepared, taking into account the location of the construction within the investor's production area. This drawing is followed by drawings of broader transportation connections, which regulate the traffic situation during construction. Furthermore, points of interest were verified using vehicle turning curves.For the implementation of piles and the assembly of the skeleton, a detailed inspection and testing plan was prepared. The work also includes a technological regulation, a design of the machinery assembly, a schedule, safety and health protection at work, and a detailed cost estimate.
