Apartment Building in Moravské Budějovice

The apartment building is located on parcels number 1512/6 and 1512/7 in the cadastral area of the town of Moravské Budějovice. The building has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. On the first above-ground floor, there are two apartments with a layout of 3+KK, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility or orientation. The second and third above-ground floors are identical, with each containing two apartments with a layout of 3+KK and one apartment with a layout of 2+KK. In the first underground floor, there are storage rooms for each apartment, a communal room, a utility room, and a storage area. In total, the residential building contains eight apartment units. The entire building, including apartment number 102, is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The load-bearing exterior walls of the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic blocks, while the underground floor is constructed from formwork blocks. The foundation structures are made of strip foundations from plain concrete. The ceiling structures are designed from prefabricated prestressed panels. The staircase, including landings, is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is a heavy, single-layer, flat roof.

The content of the bachelor thesis involves is the design of project documentation for the new apartment building BD1 in the town of Kroměříž. The building has one underground and three above ground floors with a residential attic and a gabled roof. The underground floor includes garages, cellar storage units and technical facilities. The above ground floors contain four living cells. The apartment of the first floor is barrier-free. The house is founded on foundation strips. The construction systm of the building is a wall made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of POT beams and MIAKO insters.

The bacelor thesis is focused on the new urban plan of an area in Brno. The area is located on the border between the compact city and the unused areas and brownfiled. The work deals with the solution of the noise barrier, the proposal of a new urban concept and the involvment of the river to the city's organism. The detailed architectural draft is focused on one building from the designed area, concretely the apartment building on the edge of the row buildings by the river Svitava.
