Physical demands of selected professions, creating a compensative program for sedentary profession.
FRÖSTLOVÁ, Daniela
The main theme of my work is finding the locomotive load in selected professions and build a compensation program for professionals with a sedentary job. When selecting this topic for me was the decisive topicality of the selected topic, I see especially in the ever-growing problems with musculoskeletal system of persons employed in sedentary occupations, which are one of the consequences of their employment. The first theoretical part of the thesis includes a detailed analysis of the issues examined based on theories that describe the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system. I characterize also the sedentary lifestyle and sedentary employment in general and describe workplace ergonomics professionals selected for the needs of my thesis. In theory there need explaining motion compensation modes based on medical aspects of the workforce in selected professions sedentary jobs. The practical part of the thesis was to determine the quantitative research on a sample of probands peace musculoskeletal load in connection with the exercise of their profession. Results of the research were my starting point to build a compensation programs that would positively affect the quality of life of current probands. To meet the targets I have been primarily assisting methods of quantitative research using questionnaires. The reason for choosing this method is smooth and straightforward data collection enabling the rapid analysis and processing. The research group of people that was chosen includes professions that are characterized by their sedentary job: professional driver, an office worker and painter Christmas decorations. I observed the objectivity of the research questions musculoskeletal load in selected professions, I firmly establish the criteria on the basis of purposive sampling was assembled group of three professionals with a sedentary job. During the research, I pay attention to individual cases, carried out their detailed descriptions and subsequently proposed compensatory exercises by the parties for some time applied. After this time was collected by new data and a qualitative comparison with the data starting. I am convinced that the results of my research work can help all persons working in occupations with a sedentary job, provided the inclusion of adequate compensatory exercises in his career, but also leisure life.
Interactive Human Tissues 3D Modeling by CT/MR Data
Satinský, Tomáš ; Štancl, Vít (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
This work concerns / deals with theoretical analysis, design and implementation of system for creation three-dimensional computer models of human body tissues. These models will be created by computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) data. Output of medical apparatuses based on these principles is a three-dimensional raster, which is not good for visualization and making real models. For required tissues extraction are used automatic or semiautomatic methods, where is necessary an operation of a specialist. This work is concerned with human body tissues with linear structure such as veins and arteries, nerves, bone canals etc. These structures are problematic recognizable by automatic methods. Therefore is convenient an operation of a specialist, which is adept in human anatomy.
Story Alone against all (Beerman) / comiks/
NOVÁK, Jan
This dissertation consists of two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical part, I pay attention first to the terminology of comic, the questions of what the comic actually is and what are the rules which form the genre. Next, I look into the usage of comic in the art lessons and what approach should the teacher take when teaching how to make a comic book or comic strip. In the next part, I consider, what knowledge should a cartoonist have when drawing a comic strip. I also explain methods which I have used when inking my comic book. In every chapter, I mention significant persons who influenced the world of comic either from the theoretical or the practical point of view. The practical part consists of collection of sketches, anatomical studies and comic strips, which have been inked by India ink and colorized in computer.
Rabbit gut associated lymphoid tissue (GALT)
NEDOROSTOVÁ, Anna
Presented bachelor project deals with rabbit?s lymphatic tissue of intestine which is the biggest lymphatic organ in a rabbit's body. In the first part of the project anatomical system of a rabbit?s intensine and it's general histological structure is described, following part deals with lymphatic tissue of intensine (Peyers patches, isolated lymphoid follicle, sacculus rotundus, cecal patch, appendix) and supplemented by macroscopic and microscopic images. Histological structure of each GALT component is identical, there are lymphatic follicles covered with special epithelium, however individual GALT components of rabbit differ in percentage of appearance of T and B lymphocyte. All GALT structures are responsible for induction of the immune response, saculus roundus and appendix are locations of formation of the primary antibody repertoire. Project created theoretical foundations for another study about lymphatic tissue of rabbit's intestine.

LAUB, Tomáš
This work Anatomy of Children´s Age describes clearly the anatomy differences between a child and adult. It shows above all in the abdominal cavity (the position and size of entrails), the proportion between cranial bones, and others.
