Tkachenko, A. Proposal of strategy for increasing the number of visitors of a hotel. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design strategies for increasing attendance of hotel Líšenský dvůr, which is located in the central part of the protected landscape area Žďárské vrchy. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment in the practical part, a SWOT analysis was created. A questionnaire survey was used as a marketing survey, based on which four strategies were pro-posed. Subsequently, a strategy was chosen to reduce the prices of accommodation services before the release of measures related to COVID-19, as well as creation of packages for those who have already paid for their stay, but with the condition of respecting the hotel offered dates.

The bachelor thesis focuses on designing a strategy for the accommodation Chalupa INKA to increase its attendance. The analysis of the external and internal environment were made and a questionnaire survey was used as a marketing research. Based on the analysis of the environment and the results of the questionnaire, the SWOT analysis was made. A total of 4 strategies leading to increase the attendance of this accommodation were proposed, from which the strategy of cooperation with other portals and the introduction of reviews was chosen and evaluated in detail.

Kalixová, Z. Crisis management of manufacturing company. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. This diploma thesis deals with the crisis in a selected woodworking company, its current situation and the following proposals to eliminate the effects of the current crisis. The aim of this thesis is to recommend effective anti-crisis measures for the selected company, which will be economically evaluated and generalized for companies in the specific sector. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a literature summary, which consists of definition of crisis management, crisis and also analyze the external and internal environment of the company. The second part of the thesis is practical which consists of introducing the company and its current situation and analyzes the external and internal environment of the com-pany. The crisis state of the company was identified based on the previous analyzes. After that by analysis of causes I was able to identify the causes of the current crisis, its verification and to review the impact of the causes of the crisis on the selected company.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic health of a selected company using selected methods of financial and strategic analysis for the period 2017-2021. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical framework of strategic analysis, which emphasizes the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company analyzed and the application of selected tools of financial analysis. In the practical part, these theoretical starting points are applied in the conditions of the analyzed company. The design parts of this work are then formulated measures aimed at improving the level of financial management of the company.

The Diploma thesis deals with process improvements in project management in Alstom Power s.r.o.. The thesis is divided into three basic parts - theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for examining the business environment, which will afterwards be used to analyse the current state of a company's position in the second part, analytical part, of this work. In the analytical part are identified the same errors during the project implementation. In the last part of the own proposals are presented measures that could eliminate errors and streamline process of the project implementation.

The bachelor´s thesis is about foundation of travel agency in South Moravia region. The travel agency is established in order to provide services and information to customers. The business plan consists of five parts, where at the beginning the goal of the work and methodology are described. Next part contains the basics description of newly-formed organization, including expression of its mission and vision. The third part is focused on external and internal environment. Fourth part consist of marketing mix and implementation plan. Fulfilment of the work is evaluated at the end. The work contains instructions, procedures and information required for creation of efficient prospectus.

Analysis of external environment and current market situation is covered in the second part of the thesis. Last chapter consists of the business plan proposal itself and SWOT analysis.

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Tecno line interier s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part. The external environment of the company is specifically analyzed by using PEST analysis, sector analysis and analysis of competitive forces, then internal resources and capabilities by using VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and GE matrix. The information obtained from realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats ascertained from it make a base for the final formulation of strategic recommendations intended for future development of the company.
