This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system used at the Secondary School Odry and subsequent proposals for changes. The first part describes the theoretical background. The second part is considered an analysis of the current situation. Based on the detected lacks from the second part, the third part deals with solutions to eliminate them. These proposals should be useful for increasing the efficiency and security of the information system used.

This bachelor thesis reviews the information system of the Elementary School - Komenského 6 residing in Stará Ľubovňa. Further it brings opportunities and suggestions of changes, applying which might potentially lead to improvements in the efficiency and safety of this Information System. Using the information defined in theoretical part of this thesis - which in greater depth explicates this particular issue, we analyse the current state of the organisation, as well as the information system ascAgenda. These analyzes exposed shortcomings of the system, based on which I designed my own suggestions for solutions
