Holčáková, K. A plan of a strategy for a café. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendelova uni-verzita v Brně, 2023. This bachelor thesis focusses on planning a strategy for newly established café. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part con-sists of a literary recherche originating from specialized literature. This part con-tains explanation of terms in management, strategy and business management and subsequently environmental analysis explanation, which is comprised of an analysis of both inner and outer environment. The practical part contains a break-down of inner and outer environment of a business. In the outer environment analysis are via PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis identified oppor-tunities and threats. Based on the inner environment analysis are via the principal of key words identified the strengths and weaknesses. With the help of SWOT analysis are suggested possible strategies for the business and subsequently is one of the strategies economically evaluated.

Nemergut, J. Strategy proposals for Elmon, s. r. o. company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2017. This bachelor thesis focuses on appropriate strategy proposals for Elmon, s. r. o. company. Its objective is to design strategies that would help with development of company and the increasing its competitiveness through using the strategic analysis of external and internal environment and stakeholder's analysis. The first part explains the concepts of strategic management based on professional literature. The second part begins by analyzing of external environment where PESTE analysis is used for macro environment and Porter's five forces analysis for microenvironment. This is followed by stakeholder's analysis and analysis of internal environment that is analyzed by the Key factors. The results of these analyses are opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths of the company that are evaluated by EFE and IFE matrices and the most significant factors are selected. These factors are summarized in SWOT matrix and the results of this matrix are specific strategy proposals recommended to the Elmon, s. r. o. company.

Thesis analyses outer and inner environment of a company Hudebnikum s. r. o. The goal of the thesis is a proposal of strategies, which should help the company with it's further development. The basis of the work consists of the analysis of the internal and external environment. On the basis of the obtained facts were designed the strategy for the development of the company. Thesis incorporates theoretical part, where attention is paid to the study of the issue with the help of professional literature and professional articles and part practical, where are carried out the individual analysis of the selected company. The resulting findings are entered into a SWOT matrix and proposed final recommendations. In the theoretical part are specified methods, which can be used for this purpose. In the practical part is introduced a chosen company, which is a restaurant Zdravý život and on it are the methods applied. Result of this work is to propose a comprehensive business strategy.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to create a strategy plan for non-profit organization: Úsmev ako Dar, which mainly focuses on its financing opportunities. Suggested strategies make use of SWOT matrix that is created on basis of conducted analysis of internal and external environment of the organization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part provides information about non-profit segment and creation of strategy plan. The practical part suggests specific strategies of potential development of the organization which were derived from analysis of environment.

The main objective of this thesis is to develop a marketing strategy for an ART museum which is run by the non-profit organisation ART mill Bohuslavice - Kyjov. The introduction is defining the subject and the work methods used. The theoreti-cal section defines the basic concepts and tools of marketing. In the practical secti-on, the theory is applied to the non-profit organization and its permanent exhibiti-on. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the internal and external environment of the organization ART mill, including an analysis of past activities and a proposal for the ART museum marketing mix. Based on the findings the thesis recommends a suitable marketing strategy. The conclusion contains recommendations for further marketing developments for the organisation.
