The Bachelor thesis called Problems of Cash-flow Management in Construction Company, includes clarification and explanation of basic concepts which are parts of finacial management in a construction company. It describes methods of using analysis of cash flow and pointing advantages from its using. The practical part containts two basical areas of using analysis cash flow in practice. The first part deals with drawing up the statements where cash flow of the company is analysed during the reported period. The second part containts watching of cash flow in realization of construction contract.

Starý, M. Evaluation of the financial situation Mitrenga-stavby, Ltd. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of the Mitrenga-stavby Ltd. company for the years 2018-2022, using elementary methods of financial analysis supplemented by the indicator of economic value added. The work is divided into three parts. The first, literature search, is dedicated to the description of financial analysis, its users, sources of financial analysis, financial indicators including economic value added. The second part applies the theoretical knowledge to the selected company. In the third and last part, the problem areas and recommendations are discussed. The application of these recommendations will lead to the improvement of the current financial situation of the company.

Main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to accomplish external financial analysis of company Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech, s. r. o. Based on the period between 2006 - 2013. Thesis consist of two central parts. It's first part is called methodological part, here are described particular indicators, which are used in application part. In the second part of the thesis is it's own financial analysis with comparison with company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech, s.r.o.in the industry. Futher listed is SWOT analysis, which is segment of application part. In the conclusion are summarized all the established knowledge into coherent output, which finds the company as financial healthy.

Hodnocení finančního zdraví firmy na základě horizontální, vertikální a poměrové analýzy, dále komplexní rozbor pomocí bonitního modelu, indexu důvěryhodnosti, Altmanova modelu a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Práce se také zabývá porovnáním firmy s konkurencí podnikající v oboru a historií zkoumaného podniku.

Těžištěm práce je finanční analýza zvoleného spotřebního družstva za roky 2000-2004, hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku na základě vertikální, horizontální, poměrové analýzy a bonitního modelu. Práce se dále zaměřuje na aktuální problémy souvisejícími s udržením pozice spotřebních družstev na maloobchodním trhu s ohledem na silné konkurenční prostředí v podmínkách ČR, strategii spotřebních družstev v ČR, porovnání se situací ve vybraných zemích a v neposlední řadě přihlíží k historickému kontextu vzniku a vývoje družstevnictví na našem území.
