Business Plan Proposal for the Establishment of Boarding House with Wine Shop

This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a small guesthouse with a wine shop in the tourist center of Velké Bílovice. The aim of the thesis is to design and evaluate the possibility of realization based on the processing of available data and analysis. At first, the paper describes the theoretical background related to the problem solved and further analyzes the current state of the company. The analysis carried out is based on the draft business plan, including the financial plan and the risk plan.

Využití původních plemen hospodářských zvířat v agroturistice

This bachelor thesis entitled „Use of indigenous livestock breeds in agro-tourism“ deals in the first part with the characteristics and histoty of these breeds. Most of these breeds are included in the program for the protection of the gene pool od indigenous. For each breed there is a short assessment of the positives and negatives of the breeding. It is followed by part with selection of several agro-tourism enerprises in the Czech Republic that breed presented. Futhermore, the current state of indigenous livestock breeds is assessed and their possible future development is proposed. Finally, a SWOT analysis is presented from the perspective of rural tourism in the Czech Republic.

Možnosti využití lam pro účely agroturistiky na jižní Moravě

The bachelor's thesis is focused on domesticated llamas on the South Moravian region. Its main focus is on possibilities of their usage in agritourism. The introduction contains a definiton of agritourism. The thesis describes breeding and animotherapy usage of llamas. Moreover, thesis is also dealing with their taxonomy and morphology. The next chapter splits South Americans llamas, into two group according to its domestication and further species. In addition there is also explanation of technique of breeding and their nutrition. Thesis also contains description of llama farms on the South Moravian region that are Lamacentrum Hády, a little farm with alpacas at Brno location, and Farma u Lamáka, which is breeding llamas at territory of Blansko. This thesis also includes economic evaluation of mentioned farms.
