Tractor semi-trailer 5t

The task of this bachelor's thesis is the structural design of a tractor flatbed one axis trailer with a load capacity of 5 metric tons. The proposed semi-trailer is a flatbed type with three-way tipping. The introduction is devoted to legislative requirements for the operation and construction of trailers and semi-trailers including requirements for safety and accessories. Followed by a research of selected semi-trailers of a similar type available on the Czech mar-ket. The main part of thesis describes construction and design of semi-trailer and the design of accessories so that the semi-trailer meets all requirements. The semi-trailer frame is ana-lysed in detail at critical points. The necessary strength calculations of the limit states of the frame are carried out and suitability of the proposed materials and individual components is verified. The slope accessibility calculation is performed. The work is supplemented with basic calculations, tables and illustrative photographs. Attached are complete drawings of the weldment assembly, detailed drawings of the chassis frame and images of the trailer from the 3D model.
Modification of a single-axle semi-trailer for a tractor

The bachelor thesis deals with the modification of the NSN-10-B small tractor trailer for better tipping. The introductory part deals with the description of the individual parts of the current semi-trailer and the research part of similar types of tractor-trailers. The following chapters deal with the design and evaluation of possible design solutions and the selection of the optimum solution. Furthermore, specification of the resulting trailer modification and computational verification of the additional structure. Finally, the assembly, chassis and all additional parts of the structure are documented.
The stress analysis and design optimizing of the trailer MEGA 25

This Diploma Thesis is dedicated to stress analysis of carrier swap bodies Mega 25 with maximum technical weight 27 000 kg and has been worked out in corporation with ZDT Nové Veselí company. The aim of this work is to stress analysis of trailer in various burdensome conditions. The first section of the Thesis is occupied with original design and burdensome condition. Then, according to these states gained strength to control the finite element method, implement and then modify the design including design of new drawbar and then create selected construction drawings prepared.

This thesis provides an overview of the tridem tractor-trailers, which today can be seen in the agriculture. The thesis is mostly focused on describing the main design components of which a modern trailer is composed. Another part includes the analysis of several domestic and foreign producers of agricultural vehicles. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to determining the technical parameters of given products along with performing a critical analysis of main and relative parameters. The most important data are summarized in the tabular layout.

This thesis presents a comparison of fuel consumption and transportation efficiency of various transport vehicles in primary agricultural production. The first part deals with the possibility of transport of materials in agriculture. The following is a description of the compared vehicles. Finally, it describes the methodology of calculation of fuel consumption vehicles, which are then compared.
Universal semi-trailer chassis for a tractor

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a universal tractor trailer with the possibility of connecting various types of modular extensions. The introductory chapters of the thesis focus on the research of trailers of similar weight category and the legislative requirements for the operation and approval of trailers. In the following chapters the thesis deals with the actual construction of the semi-trailer, including the design of individual components, the computational verification of the frame structure and the dynamic load conditions of the semi-trailer. The final part of the thesis contains technical documentation according to the assignment.

This Diploma Thesis is dedicated to a proposal of a carrier swap bodies hooked up to a agrotruck 6x6 with a maximum technical weight 38000 kg and has been worked out in corporation with ZDT Nové Veselí company. The first section of the Thesis is occupied with legislation and then especially with a description of available agrotrucks and similar constuction solutions not just of the carrier swap bodies. In the following part of the Thesis the own carrier swap bodies construction proposal has been described, based on which the stress analysis has been done in the final part of the Thesis. Also the technical drawing forms an integral part of the Thesis.
