Apartment House

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of an apartment house in Bohuslavice u Zlína. It is a building that has three aboveground and one underground floor in slightly sloping terrain. The property holds 8 housing units. On the first and second floors there are three apartments and in the third one only two. Each floor is connected by a three-armed staircase and an elevator. The building is made of brick blocks Porotherm. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete and the roof is flat single-coated. The facade is insulated with ETICS system with white plaster or stone cladding. The project includes technical, thermal, acoustic and light assessment.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.

Bachelor thesis is a project of a residential building in Žilina. The apartment house is designed as a two-story house, without basement. The building is designed as an object with twelve flats. The house has a flat roof. The masonry is made up of the Porotherm system. The bearing interior walls are made from, the Porotherm system. The partitions are also made up of the Porotherm system. Main entrance in the building is situated to the north. On first floor are technical place, storage units, room for social life and library is on the second floor. The first floor also includes a main entrance to the object, staircase and two, two-room flats and four one-room flats. On the second floor above there are two two-room flats and four one-room flats. The facade will be white with design straps. The overall architectural and building solution is designed in accordance to the surroundings of the building. Project includes technical, thermal, acoustic, light check.

The aim of my master ‘s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kindergarten as nearly zero – energy buildings. The project consists of three parts. The first part (main part) presents the civil engineering design of the building. Kindergarten is single storey-building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from lime-sand blocks (above - ground floor) and the hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from the prestressed Spiroll floor panels. The roof consists of a flat roof with extensive greenery. The second part presents technical equipment of buildings. The third part presents acoustic assesment outside Kindergarten. The building site contains also an outdoor playground. I am using AutoCad software for drawing and Deksoft to calculate Energy Performance Certificate. All structures comply with the regulations and valid standards.
