The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation building with a café on the land parcel. No. 968/2, 968/3 full. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Hlučín. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and a partial basement with a flat roof. Layout 1st floor consists cafe which has wheelchair access, is located in the 2nd floor apartment building with two troops.

Bachalor´s thesis is focuses on project family house with two–floors and detached with partial basement in Stara Tura. The family house is designed for four people. In the basement there is the garage for two cars, the boiler room and the store room. On the first floor there is the vestibule, the toilet, the office, the kitchen with living room there is free entry to the outside terrace. On the hallway there is situated stairs which divided house into daily and nightly section.On the second floor there is two bedrooms for children there is also entry to the balcony, the bedroom for parents and bathroom with toilet. The second floor covers the gabled roof. The roof coat is made of a ceramical burnt roof bags TONDACH. The vertical brickwork is formed by concreate blocks BTB 500 x 300 x 249mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders POT and the ceiling inserts MIAKO of POROTHERM system.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design and process a construction-technical part of construction realisation documents of a new family house with two flats and a café in Kroměříž. The building is located on a flat land and comprises of a partial basement and three above ground storeys. A garage for both flats is designed in the project. The building is covered by a saddleback roof with concrete roofing. Vertical load bearing structures are made of the Porotherm system. In addition to its own project, it also includes an architectural conception, fire safety report and thermal and technical assessment of the house.

The thesis is developed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The project addresses the new building freestanding buildings, municipal office with an elementary school. The building is a partial basement, three floors and basement. In the basement is the technical background of the building, utility room, machine room and communication space. On the first floor there are areas of the municipal office, library, parent center and game room with toilets. The second and third floors above ground occupied spaces elementary school. On the second floor we find classrooms, changing rooms and toilets. On the third floor is a dining room, suite, staffroom teachers and toilets. The project also includes dispositional studies, two special projects, assessment of buildings and structures in terms of building physics, or fire safety design of the building.

Bachelor thesis is focuses on project family house with two-floors in Lukovany. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The building is designed for four people. There is the garage for two cars,the laundry,the boiler room and the store room in the basement. The first elevated floor can be divided into active and passive part. In the passive zone there are two bedrooms for children, the bedroom for parents and a bathroom. This part of the house does not have the basement and this part has a straight roof. In the active zone of the house there are the vestibule, the toilet, the kitchen and the living room. In the living room and kitchen there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. In the second floor there is a study room, a library and a playroom for children. There is also the entry into the roof terrace. The terrace has two parts. One part is the timber terrace and the nother part is the grassed over terrace. The second floor covers the gabled roof with specific lagging noun. The roof coat is made of a ceramic burnt roof bag Tondach. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders Pot and the ceiling inserts Miako of Porotherm system.

Bachelor thesis contains project documentation of a two storey family house with a partial basement. It is a detached house situated in a residential area in Chorvatsky Grob. This family house is designed for four people. The layout is of an irregular shape which resembles the letter ‚L‘. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with an inner rounded U-shaped staircase. In the basement there is a hall which leads to a storage room, a workshop room, a laundry, and to a gym with a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, an entrance to the garage, a bathroom, a guest bedroom, a kitchen and a dining, and a living room. Furthermore, there are two outside terraces, which connect the garden with the house. Both terraces can be accessed from the living room. One of them is accessible from the guest room, the other one from the kitchen. On the first floor there are two children‘s bedrooms which lead to the winter garden. There is also an office, a bathroom and a master suite with a dressing room. The gabled roof is constructed under a 40° angle copying the layout of the house. It also has got two dormers. The outer roof is made of concrete Tondach tiles. Basement perimeter walls are made of formwork Prescot Max blocks (250x400x500mm). Floor perimeter walls are made of concrete Ytong Theta blocks (1,8-300 499x249x300mm). The vertical interior load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The vertical interior non-load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The ceiling constructions are made of traditional ceiling beams desgined by Ytong. Our ceiling is formed by various Ytong beams and inserts (P4-500 599x200x249mm).

The bachelor thesis is a project of a family house with two floors in Myjava. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The plan of the building is in the rectangular shape. The family house is designed for a family with four or five members. In the basement, there are situated storage, technical room, corridor, gym, storey for fruit and vegetables, laundry and staircase. Through the main entrance we reach the ground floor. The ground floor consists of vestibule, corridor with the entrance to the garage, bathroom and toilet. Then we enter from corridor to guest room, staircase, living room and the dining room connected with the kitchen. From the kitchen is an entrance to the outdoor terrace. The garage is proposed for one car with motorbikes, optionally for two smaller cars. This part of the house does not have a basement. On the first floor are situated two bedrooms for children, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony, which has an access from bedroom and bedroom and bedroom for children. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are also made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. The vertical non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The roof is gabled with slope 37° and 35°,which is kinked above the garage at the angle 16°,the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.
