Sport Centre Královo Pole

The Sport Centre is situated in Brno Královo Pole, it connects to a playing area, which is open all year round. The entrance is on the Vodova Street. Nearby, there is a football stadium, dormitories and the Červinkova tram stop. The building has two floors, a flat roof and its shape is connected to the surrounding buildings. It has not any basement. Compositionally, it is 3 cubic masses with attached terraces and grandstands which descend to the playground. The glass middle entry part connects to the other sections, the surrounding two masses are highly glassed towards the playing area. There are several functions – entry, changing rooms for summer and winter use, buffet, cafe and fitness center – it combines sport function with recreational and cultural functions. The surrounding terrain is grassy, the walking areas are paved. The terrace and the grandstands directly linked to first floor are made of stamped concrete, the seat grandstand is wood-panelled.
Detached house - Újezd u Tišnova

In this thesis we study a family house together with a service station for cars as one building. The house is designed as single-staired with a cellar. The roof is set to be flat. The layout (3 rooms and kitchen placed in one of the rooms) is meant for four family members. The house is built from earthen blocks Porotherm and the ceiling is composed of earthen plugs Porotherm. Wall constructions bellow the terrain level is solved by losing permanent insulated formwork. The object is based on concrete line. The house is situated in a sloping terrain towards east in Újezd u Tišnova.
University dormitory in Olomouc

The theme of the diploma thesis is University dormitory in Olomouc. The aim of the diploma thesis is especially design of the project documentation for the building of University dormitory in Olomouc. The work includes drawings, text part and calculations. The building is designed as a detached object with six floors and one basement. The building is designed to accommodate university students and the accommodation capacity is 98 people. On the ground floor are designed offices, student club, laundry room and a bistro. In the basement are situated warehouses and technical rooms. The structural system is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill. The building is covered with a flat roof.
Multipurpose facility Olomouc

The subject of the project is a new multipurpose facility building in the cadastral area Nová Ulice, the city of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is a detached building on Zirmova street follow on Mošnerova street. In this street has a few residential houses, which have affected some of the parameters of the object. In particular, this is the position, number of floors and the size of the balcony. The building has five storey, one under-ground and four above ground. In the basement there are storage facilities and machinery space elevator. In the first floor is designed to place the Café and handicapped-accessible apartment. In the second and third floors are two 3-room and one 2-room apartments and in the last floor are two three-bedroom apartments. On each floor of the Chamber for each apartment can be accessed from the corridor. Furthermore, each apartment has a balcony accessible from the living room. The roof is flat, with aggravating layer of fluvial gravel. Parking is provided in the immediate vicinity of the object in the parking lot.
City hotel

The thesis deals with a new hotel construction in Brno. The paper aims to elaborate a project documentation for the construction of the building. It is a detached building in a slightly sloping terrain. The building has three floors and one underground floor. On the underground floor there are jointly-shared garages and technical background of the hotel. On the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant, a café and an open-air terrace. The second and the third floor is designed to accommodate guests in double rooms and suites. There is also a manager´s office and a conference room. The bearing construction consists of a ferroconcrete skeleton with a bricked outside envelope of aerated concrete blocks Ytong. The skeletal construction is built on a monolithic foundation footings. The building is covered in a flat single-coat roof which is partly designed as a vegetation roof. The facade of the building is glazed in the northern part of the 1st floor and some parts of the facade are coloured green, the others are of various colours. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.
