Welding method 131 (MIG) according to DIN EN ISO 4063 with a focus on analysis and comparison of the circumferential welding of aluminum pipe welding machine for welding machines BKM / BRP compared to manual semi-automatic welding
VIK, Radovan
In the first part there are defined the basic terms used in the welding of aluminium and its alloys with the repect of related standards. The next part of the thesis described the hand welding of aluminium by the flame welding, arc welding and other special welding methods. The practical part focuses on the defects generated during welding of aluminium and its detection and iterpretation. The final part deals with the semi-automatic and automatic welding of aluminium and compares both methods.
Possibilities of welding observation with regard of sielding gas
Rohan, P. ; Vojtíšek, Petr
MAG welding is characterized by very rapid processes in extreme condition of electric arc. To describe welding is necessary to use sufficiently quick equipment. Especially in the transition region between dip and spray transfer the processes develop quickly. Characterization of transition area in active three component shielding gas was carried out visually by hi speed camera equipment and electrically by quick response electronic measurement system.
The hazards of harmful chemical substances in metal production environment, measuring and assessment.
GRUBEROVÁ, Michaela
The target of the thesis was to evaluate the risk of chemical harmful substances and dust in the working air of metal production. Four research questions were asked: {\clqq}What harmful substances are fixed in the working environment of the metal production?`` {\clqq}Are the hygienic limits of chemical substances and dust in the working environment of metal production observed?``, {\clqq}What measures were taken by the employer for the purpose of the health protection of employees?`` and {\clqq}Are the measures taken by the employer for the purpose of the health protection of employees effective?`` The thesis was treated as qualitative research. The followed file consisted of three South Bohemian companies dealing with metal production. The method of the direct, non participating and clear observation was applied for the data collection, moreover the study of documents {--} testing reports. The secondary analysis of data was performed. The results of measuring were compared with the hygienic limits fixed by the Directive of government No. 361/2007 Coll.. The evaluated professions were divided in categories pursuant the Directive No. 432/2003 Coll. In the working air of metal production, the concentration of the total dust, chromium, hexavalent chromium, carbon monoxide and ozone were followed. The last measuring in the monitored workshops proved that the hygienic limits were observed, except for two cases when the highest acceptable concentration determined for chromium and the chromium (II,III) compounds as Cr, and of the hygienic limit for welding fumes were exceeded. The most important protective measure applied by the employers on their workplaces was the reconstruction of air-conditioning, or installation of local exhausting. In view of the gradual decrease of the harmful substance in the working air in connection to the taken measures may be stated that the given measures were effective. The hypothesis {\clqq}Modernisation of operations in metal production improves the working environment of employees and in the modern operations no above-the-limit values of the most monitored harmful substances were found out. ``
Marketing strategy of the company Best Consulting & Training, s.r.o.
Hrdinová, Jitka ; Procházková, Markéta (advisor) ; Kulovaný, František (referee)
The graduation thesis is concerned in the marketing strategy of a small company Best Consulting & Training, s.r.o. situated in Benešov. The company provides services in field of the welding's education. There is a problem regarding a lack of customers. In the graduation thesis is analysed the business environment and internal situation of the company. In the final part of thesis are proposed chosen marketing strategy, possibilities regarding improving the company's offer and marketing budget for the future five years.
Metal welding and weld testing according to new norms ISO, EN and consequential ČSN
HAJNÝ, Tomáš
Work considers kind of materials joining via welding. At the begining the bachelor work considers history of this branch. Then there are norms and regulations ISO, EN and CSN for welding. Next part describes welding methods and weld tests. The last part is focused on common technology of welding. Ambition of this bachelor work is to create learning text and briefly show to the students, which are the methods and kinds of welding and welding tests and possibility how to use this methods in practice. Here are methods described theoretically and also examples from practice. This bachelor work can be used at pedaggical faculty for teaching this topic.
Laser welding of stainless steel tubes
Chmelíčková, Hana ; Lapšanská, Hana ; Hiklová, Helena ; Havelková, Martina
Laser axial welding is a modern method of production of tubes with seam which are mainly used in automotive and food-processing industry. Welding experiments with AISI 304L stainless steel sheet were conducted using continual high power CO2 laser with maximal power 5 kW. The aim of these experiments was to evaluate the effect of processing parameters on weld dimensions and surface properties. Subjected parameters were laser power, shielding gas flow and its composition. Modern contact profilometry was applied to display weld surfaces. Metallographic specimens of weld cross sections were prepared to measure the weldarea. Temperature field distribution was modeled using finite element software SYSWELD.
SYSWELD welding simulation
Lapšanská, Hana ; Chmelíčková, Hana ; Havelková, Martina ; Čtvrtlík, Radim
This contribution informs about proram SYSWELD.sup.®./sup. 2004 which is used for simulations of some physical and chemical events running in materials during processes connected with heat conduction, especially during welding.
