XMPP API for Web Applications
Vaisar, Tomáš ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (referee) ; Schmidt, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of an API, that allows creating XMPP applications using ECMAScript. Thesis includes implementation of API as a plugin for Jabbim XMPP client. Part of the thesis is an ECMAScript implementation of board game Draughts using designed API. Finally possibilities of future extensions are discussed.
Electron Technology for Desktop Applications Development
Ščensná, Júlia ; Maruniak, Lukáš (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
The thesis is focused on development of desktop applications based on web technologies. These applications are determined to run on major operation systems on the market, namely Windows, Linux and MacOS. The aim of this thesis is to examine technologies that offer this development and to select some of the technologies for future work that includes implementation of applications into selected technologies. At the end, the thesis describes comparison of applications and their testing. The results of this work are implemented applications and their comparison on basis of possibilities they provide.
Visualization of Hyperlinks
Skopal, Martin ; Šolony, Marek (referee) ; Kajan, Rudolf (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with creating thumbnail from hypertext link, through the use of layout engines. To solve this problem it uses Trident and Webkit layout engine. Also explains the different technologies that are commonly used on modern web pages and highlights the problems that may arise during the implementation. In results are explained problems that can occur when rendering, especially support of HTML5 and SVG vector images.

Design of a software for emulation of rendering a web page
Čech, Miroslav ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Pokluda, Václav (referee)
The author of this thesis aims to analyze and develop a prototype of a software responsible for showing how the specific web application would be displayed by the concrete device. First, the problem of diversity of devices for accessing the web and of the level of support of modern web technologies is explained to the reader. Then the thesis offers a way how to help developers with testing across web browsers on different hardware. The analytical section describes the methods the author would like to use for accomplishing the goal, and also the set of suitable technologies. The penultimate section shows the manner the author implemented the prototype of the software. The Software is then subjected to tests showing that the prototype meets the requirements.
