Marketing Strategy of Automotive Trade-fairs

The subject of this Master´s thesis is a proposal of a marketing strategy for an automotive trade show called "Autotec & Autosalon Brno 2010". The theoretical part focuses on marketing communication and practical use of its individual components. The suggested strategy facilitates the primary goal, which is a provision of planned attendance of the trade fair.

The basic prerequisite for solving is the change of property rights in the company Veletrhy Brno a.s.The solution is a new definition of functional areas in the whole territory and connecting to the city life and opening this area to the public. The aim was to design a rational solution structure that will complement and interconnects the existing area. The result should be an effective and functional area.

The practical part is focused on business conditions, business, marketing and social benefits of BVV Trade Fairs Brno a.s. and travel agencies as the selected exhibiting company and its' number of signed contracts, attendance during the event and potential business relationships.
Importance of fairs for tourism in Brno

This bachleor thesis deals with the impartance od fairs for tourism of the city of Brno. Firstly it analyses current situation specially from the point of view of accommodation facilities which benefits from the fairs the most but also form the point of view of business tourism which is in Brno closely connected with fairs. In the last part there are some suggestions how to improve the contribution of fairs for the tousrim of the city.
