Design of extend the machine with the possibility of separating 3D prints
Gonda, Josef ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Separating of the metal 3D print from the print plate is a key step in most metal 3D printing methods. The author's goal is to design a device - a clamping mechanism that expands the functionality of existing band saws for metal by the possibility of comfortable separation of prints. In the beginning of the work, the author discusses the methods of metal 3D. Furthermore, the author focuses on the analysis of the market in the given issue and a brief description of the existing solutions of world/competing band saw manufacturers. Subsequently, the choice of a specific band saw is justified and the basic properties of the mechanism are determined. An essential part is the design of solution variants and the selection of a variant based on multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, the author analyzes the design solution of the selected variant with a description of partial details, where he emphasizes compliance with the specified conditions and product optimization.
The automatic tool change system
Chromčík, Adam ; Hermanský, Dominik (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with automatic tool change, tool holders and clamping in the spindle of a machine tool. It describes the systems used automatic tool change and their basic division. It also research tool holders and in relation to this, the possibilities of the clamping tool holders in the machine.
Design of an equipment for milling parts on universal lathe
Koutný, Tomáš ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the presented bachelor thesis is to design a fixture for conventional workpieces. The theoretical part describes milling, turning and a great deal of attention is paid to mechanisms of different types of fixtures. Next part describes commonly used designs. The practical part covers designs of chosen fixture variants and also contains functional calculations. The aim is to create a 3D CAD model with technical documentation of assembly and technical documentation for crucial parts.
Design of ATC System
Kolář, David ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The first part of the thesis is focused on summarisation of commonly used conceptions of automatic tool change systems, especially focused on milling machines. Special attention is given to the issue of single tool change systems using storage tool magazines. Considering the following construction theme of the thesis, most commonly used spindle clamping units were described. With use of the gathered information was then created the construction draft of the ATC system suitable to be used with a numerically controled milling machine. Solution of the issue consists of the static structural analysis of the clamping unit using the finite element method and design of the belleville springs set. Final output of the draft comprises of drawing documentation of the main parts of the system.
