The subject of this thesis is project of the Leisure centre in Brno, Kraví Hora. Complex of standardized buildings designed for active spending of leisure time in form of sports, cultural and educational activities. Design consists of single-purpose central building and two versions of standardized multi-purpose buildings. Each object is designed as wooden building with heavy wooden structure. All objects are concieved as buildings with low energy consumption.

Thesis focuses itself on analysis of typification and unification solutions used at chosen product which is optical disc drive. Author also adds his own ideas on how to further develop typification and unification and thus make production more effective. The last part of this thesis deals with the technical – economic assessment of the solutions used at chosen mechanics and author’s ideas.

Cultural houses in the territory of Prague and Central Bohemia in the period 1948 - 1989 and their integrated works of art

The aim of the diploma thesis is to present artistic objects conceived within the architecture of cultural houses since the onset of the communist regime in 1948. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the development of architectural tendencies of the first and second half of the 20th century, the process of construction of cultural houses and, in context, the mood of the society at that time. The practical part presents a selection of five houses of culture built between 1948 - 1989, which are located in the geographical area of Prague and Central Bohemia. Data collection was carried out using field research methodology, through a critical evaluation of available historical sources and secondary literature. The supporting element of the research is the photographic documentation of the artworks and architecture of the cultural houses, which is accessible within the appendices of the thesis. Simplification of buildings based on typification

Simplification of buildings based on typification Abstract The diploma thesis is focused on cartographic generalization. Its main aim was to develop a new method of simplification of buildings based on typification for areas with lower density of buildings (rural or mountain areas). The proposed method was designed for large scale maps (1 : 25 000 and 1 : 50 000). The presented generalization algorithm is based on preferential selection of buildings to be drawn on the map according to their civic importance, area and location towards roads, railways and streams. It respects cartographic rules used for this type of generalization. The algorithm was implemented in the Python programming language using the Shapely and Fiona libraries for a purpose of its proper testing. The ZABAGED and DATA50 data were chosen as suitable test data. Among other things, this thesis also introduces the evaluation method of typification results, which uses Voronoi diagram. Achieved results are presented on maps of fifteen villages with different spatial structure in both targeted scales. Free time at university halls of residence as an example of the institutionalisation of leisure

The Bachelor thesis is an inquiry into the phenomenon of institutionalization by means of interviews with university students focusing on answering the question whether institutionalization is somewhat connected and/or influences their leisure. The theoretical section of the thesis characterizes the term institutionalization based on the work of Berger and Luckmann, institutionalization of leisure and there are also some results of previous research into university students' leisure presented. The research section of the thesis consists of own research, for which the quantitative research method in the form of interviews was used (seven respondents).

Female Characters in Arthur Schnitzler's Works. Comparative Description, Analysis and Interpretation of Selected Texts.

The following text deals with the problem of the representation of female characters in Arthur Schnitzlerʼs work. The initial point of the interpretation is the basic division of the literary types of the turn of the century into femme fatale, femme fragile and femme enfant. Based on the analysis of seven selected works (Märchen, Liebelei, Reigen, Frau Berta Garlan, Fräulein Else, Traumnovelle, Therese. Chronik eines Frauenlebens) it discusses their position in the narrative structure. In the end, it comments the question of the typification of these figures and Schnitzlerʼs tendency to relate them to concrete groups.

Taxonomy of selected groups of the genus \kur{Caloplaca}

The thesis deals with phylogeny, taxonomy and nomenclature of selected groups of the lichen genus Caloplaca. Particularly, the C. cerina group was closely investigated using molecular methods (ITS sequences), morphology and chemistry, based on material from Europe, and to some extent also from North America and western Asia. This approach resulted in the description of three new species (C. sterilis, C. subalpina, C. thracopontica), and detected an unexpected richness of lineages. Nomenclature, taxonomy, morphology and ecology of C. aurantia and C. flavescens from the C. aurantia group were studied in detail, including selection of the neotype of the former species. Their distribution was reviewed for the territory of the Czech Republic. Poorly known taxon C. aurantiomurorum from Algeria was lectotypified and synonymized with C. aurantia. Apart from the two groups, C. phlogina and C. scythica, differing partly in thallus colour and distinctly in distribution, were examined using both molecular (ITS sequences) and phenotypic data and found to be conspecific.
