Roller chopper of chain conveyor for transportation of europallets

The theme of this bachelor work is to design traversers of europallets, for perpendicular intersection between the chain conveyor and the rollway. The traverser allows lift up the europallet with load to the weight of 1200 kg. Vertical lift of traverser be given by using of pneumatic automation. The work contains 3D models of traversers, complete manufacturing facility and drawings of pneumatic connection.

In this work is solved construction design of transport hub (traverser) between roller conveyor and chain conveyor for transportation EURO pallet. Between conveyors is right angle.
