This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a transformer soldering gun with an emphasis on ergonomics, functionality, and aesthetics. The goal is to create a tool that meets the needs of all customers. The soldering gun features an ergonomic handle made of non-slip material, a quick-release tip system, and an integrated LED system for illuminating the work area. Additionally, a special clip is designed for easy cable storage. The final design offers improved ergonomics, communication, and technical functionality, providing a modern and practical solution for soldering.
