Injection System Build-in on Tractor Engine
Svršek, Michal ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design the installation of a new injection system to the existing tractor engines and construct new components necessary for proper function of the injection. In the following section is suggesting the location of other accessories for engine control. This is an injection system with a pressure reservoir "Common Rail" and all its components are created in modeling environment PTC Creo 2.0. Designed components are tested for strength and they are subjected to modal analysis.
Common Rail for Six-cylinder CI Engine
Božik, Michal ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with the installation of high-pressure common rail injection system for six-cylinder tractor diesel engine. In the first part of the thesis is dismantled issue injection systems and related aspects. The next part is the installation of a fuel injection system, which involves placing components common rail system, the implementation of necessary interventions in engine design and the design of new components. The final section effect control calculations and stress analysis of new injection system components.

The Possibilities of Displacement Increase of 4C Zetor Engine
Zloch, Jan ; Franz, Rudolf (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Diploma thesis aims on mechanical design of new concept of Zetor UŘ III engine with displacement increase and solves calculations of main and pin hydrodynamic bearings of crankshaft. Creo 2 CAD software is used for preparing mechanical design of this new concept. For computation and analysis of hydrodynamic bearings multibody model of crankshaft mechanism is used with flexible FEM model of crankshaft for solving dynamics of mechanism and performing hydrodynamic analysis of bearings in FEV Virtual Engine. Results of this diploma thesis demonstrate the feasibility of new concept of engine and serve as a basis for next engineering tasks before realization of concept.
Common Rail for Four-cylinder CI Engine
Brhel, Štěpán ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with instalation of high pressure injection system Common Rail on four-cylinder tractor CI engine. Thesis introduces in the first part the injection systems of CI and tractor engines and related issues. In the next part is solved the conversion of engine, design of most important components - injetor, high pressure pump, pressure accumulator and high-pressure pipes and then stress analysis of new components.
Common Rail System for 6-cylinder Tractor Engine
Černoch, Josef ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with the installation of modern high pressure injection common rail system to six-cylinder tractor engine. This system replaces injection system with in-line fuel injection pump. Common Rail system installation on an existing engine is designed with minimal design changes to the engine block and engine head. It is advantageous to minimize production costs of the transition to high-pressure injection system. The thesis contains the design and stress analysis of the new component for high-pressure injection system.
Possibilities of 2-cylinder Engine Balancing for Tractor Usage
Vaško, Roman ; Franz, Rudolf (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with possibilities of 2-cylinder engine balancing for tractor usage. The purpose of this thesis is to find a technical solution for the creation of the concept of balancing using balancing shaft. Check the proposed solution by FEM analysis and evaluate the fatigue safety. The content of the thesis is the creation of computational and graphical documentation too.

Analýza vybraných technických parametrů vznětových spalovacích motorů
Tamáši, Adam
The bachelor thesis analyses selected technical parameters of diesel engines. The theoretical part describes the present situation in construction of modern diesel engines, and especially the tractor ones. Furthermore, it also lists new trends in construction of engines as such. Beyond that, the thesis describes characteristics of combustion engines and methods used to measure the tractor engines, especially those measurements conducted by the German independent DLG test center according to international standards OECD. The practical part then consists of data sorted into tables and analyses technical parameters and results of measurements conducted in the aforementioned DLG test center. The analysis of selected measurements of six cylindrical tractor diesel engines focuses primarily on specific fuel consumption, and its results prove the irrefutable dependence of the specific fuel consumption on the stroke volume of the engine.
