Tato diplomová práce se zabývá instalací moderního vysokotlakého vstřikovacího systému Common Rail na šestiválcový traktorový motor. Tento systém nahrazuje vstřikovací systém s řadovým čerpadlem. Instalace systému Common Rail na stávající motor je navržena s minimálními konstrukčními změnami bloku motoru a hlavy motoru. To je výhodné pro minimalizaci nákladů výroby při přechodu na vysokotlaký systém vstřikování. Diplomová práce obsahuje konstrukční návrh a pevnostní analýzu nového komponentu vysokotlakého vstřikovacího systému. This thesis deals with the installation of modern high pressure injection common rail system to six-cylinder tractor engine. This system replaces injection system with in-line fuel injection pump. Common Rail system installation on an existing engine is designed with minimal design changes to the engine block and engine head. It is advantageous to minimize production costs of the transition to high-pressure injection system. The thesis contains the design and stress analysis of the new component for high-pressure injection system.
