Support measures for pupils with communication disorder in inclusive education in elementary school

The thesis deals with effectivity of support programmes in inclusive primary education. In recent years, inclusive education is a frequent topic throughout our society. Providing the support programmes leads to increasing quality of education and ensuring equal conditions. The target group of the thesis consists of pupils with communication disabilities. The thesis aims to gather relevant data about given problems. The main objective is to evaluate the effectivity of support programmes on the pupils with communication disabilities. The partial task is to find out which support programmes are used most often by the primary schools. Quality approach was used to fulfil the objectives mentioned above and semistructured interview as a method of data collection. Interviews with pedagogical workers, who educate pupils with communication disabilities, were broadened and verified by analysing relevant documents. Gathered data were processed into ten case studies. Results of the research are rather positive - they point out meaningfulness, usefulness and regular using of support programmes during lessons. The pupils improve, and so their self-confidence grows accordingly. The research proves using several support programmes at once. Programmes to Support Small and Medium Enterprises in the Region of South Bohemian

Small and medium enterprises play an indispensable and important role in the business environment of the Czech Republic. They create new jobs and generally represent a stabilizing element of the economic system. Support for SMEs is one of the basic priorities of the Czech government. The aim of this thesis is to analyse programmes to support small and medium enterprises in the selected region, assess the current state of the use of SME support programmes, and review the changes proposed in the programming period of 2014 - 2020. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on the definition and development of small and medium enterprises, their importance and characteristics of the related operational programmes. The practical part examines the support of entrepreneurship in the European Union and the Czech Republic. It also focuses on obtaining sources of SME funding and provides assessment of operational programmes and their modifications in the period of 2014-2020. The entrepreneurship support programmes are essential for the dynamics, efficiency and success of the SMEs. The aim of this part of the thesis is to conduct a controlled interview and a survey, and suggest possibilities of using entrepreneurship support programmes in the region.

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explanation of all concepts of these small towns and the practical part includes a analysis of received subsidies and their total evaluation and other potential projects for the development of selected towns with using available support programmes.
Budování prostředí pro inovativní start-upy v České republice

The goal of this thesis is to identify the challenges and success factors of the support system for innovative start-ups in the Czech Republic as well as to formulate recommendations for the implementation of the currently envisaged Seed fund project. The thesis covers the specifics of start-up companies and barriers for their development and puts them in relation with the current state of the Czech entrepreneurial environment and its innovation performance. Hard data as well as opinions of experts and potential investors are assessed to analyze the needs and motivations of both demand and supply sides of the venture capital market in order to provide some valuable insights which may help the support system to improve the access of entrepreneurs to external finance and boost the creation of innovative start-ups in the Czech Republic. The main suggestions introduced relate to the focus on retaining strict transparency, to the careful selection of entities evaluating the viability of projects and those providing services assisting the entrepreneurs in the preparation phase. Finally, the right setting of conditions of the Seed fund to attract both private investors and entrepreneurs will determine the success of the whole project.

On the topic of development of information society in Europe with emphases on activities performed by the European Union. A short remark on origin and development of the concept of information society and general economic impact of using information and communication technologies. It brings together a summary of policies and strategies encouraging the development of information society carried out in between the years 2000-2010. A note on preparation of strategy on information society for 2011-2015. Financing programmes using assets of the budget of the European Union for financial period 2007-2013. European Commission and the Information Society and Media Directorate General provide the administrative process support and the background of the preparation for information society policies. An overview of the European statistical data on information society. A list of the European legislation concerning information society with an aim to support use of information and communication technologies.
Selected support programmes for SME's

In the first part of this thesis there is described sector of SME's in detail and support they get from state. There is elaborated influence of SME's on Czech economy, particularly on added value, employment, investments and foreign trade. Apart from that there are specified some of their advantages and disadvantages that arise mostly from their size. In the first part there is further described support programme OPPI which focuses on innovative oriented SME's. There is also described JEREMIE initiative that is based on cooperation of public finance together with venture capital funds. Furthermore there is stressed the importance of innovations for flowering of economy based on knowledges. In the second part there is described venture capital in detail, especially there is explained how it works, types of venture capital investments and linkage between venture capital and innovations. The thesis then focuses on presence of venture capital in CEE region and particularly in Czech Republic. There are also pointed out typical types of investments in CEER and Czech Republic.
