Objective of this bachelor thesis is project management and planning of Summer School of Innovations at Brno University of Technology. The thesis analyse in detail the surroundings of the project in context of the International Students Club’s activities. The paper summarizes theoretical knowledge based on IPMA standards with specification for management in a student’s organization as well as it shows their usage in practice.
