Meta-learning
Hovorka, Martin ; Hrabec, Jakub (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
Goal of this work is to make acquaintance and study meta-learningu methods, program algorithm and compare with other machine learning methods.
Increasing Reliability of Communication Networks
Hausner, Richard ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Koton, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with selected options for increasing reliability of communication networks. The basic protocols and network topologies are described in the thesis. In the second section the technologies of cascading, clustering and stacking network switches are discussed. The practical experiments and scenerios of connections, which are described in the aforementioned section, form a basis of their practical use proposal.
Design of manipulator for hemp insulating mat stacking
Kočiš, Petr ; Drlík, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals design of manipulator for hemp insulating mat stacking. It defines a field of aplication of an equipment and deals with a design solution versions. It also deals with a structure of chosen version and a calculation. The calculation is devided into a preliminary calculation, a kinematics analysis, a static analysis and a control calculation. Safety- checking of elements due to limit state flexibility is a result of a control calculation. An economic analysis follows after it. It concerns calculating the cost of materials, normalized components, modular components and other components.
Comparison of accuracy achieved by traditional models and ensemble methods
Zapletal, Ondřej ; Klusáček, Jan (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with empirical comparison of traditional and meta-learning models in classification tasks. Accuracy of 12 RapidMiner models was statistically compared on 20 data sets. Second part of this thesis consists of description of self-programed application in programing language C#, which implements 6 different models. Four of those are compared with equivalent models of program RapidMiner.
Handling equipment for the pallets
Pacher, Ján ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the handling device for moving EUR pallets on a flat storage area and possible stacking of these pallets. The introduction of the thesis is a research analysis of current manipulators on the market with similar parameters as in the assignment. Subsequent chapters deal with conceptual design, strength calculation of selected elements and choice of components. The drawing documentation is documented for the bachelor thesis.
Definition of the Method for Measurement of Bulk Materials Geometry on the Stockyards
Nešpor, Tomáš ; MIP,, Jiří Slovák, (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This thesis is concerning about measurement of bulk materials geometry on the stockyards. In the first part of the document is summarized basic allocation of stockyard types, stockyards architecture and methods of bulk materials stacking. Furthermore there are allocated particular stacking and recovering technologies of bulk materials on the stockyards. The experimental part of the thesis is concerning about introduction to measurement of bulk materials geometry and its state consequently selection and description of measurement devices intended to forenamed purpose. The experimental part of the thesis is dedicated to determination of algorithms for measured data processing on a combined stacker/reclaimer machine; consequently it is dedicated to software equipment of data gathering PLC system. At the last part of the thesis a description of designed input data simulation and visualization which displays gathered data by PLC system are stated.
Application of microextraction techniques for analysis of biological samples
Lučaj, Martin ; Vespalcová, Milena (referee) ; Dvořák, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of basic drugs in biological samples by in line coupling of supported liquid membrane (SLM) to capillary electrophoresis (CE). The tITP method was included as an on-line preconcentration step to achieve better detection limits with ammonium acetate as the tITP stacker and acetic acid as the CE background electrolyte. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the optimization of the tITP and the SLM extraction conditions in the analysis of basic drugs in complex biological samples (human urine). The best analytical results were achieved with hydrodynamic injection of ammonium acetate for 15 s and basic drugs for 15 s. The donor was alkalised with 10 mM sodium hydroxide and acceptor was acidified with 10 mM hydrochloric acid. From the results, the in-line coupling of SLM extraction to CE and stacking by tITP is an efficient method allowing direct analysis of complex samples with improved sensitivity of the analytical method.
