Turning machines and tools, production of a sample part

This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of turning technology in the research part. It describes the basic terms and terms, deals with the division of lathes and turning knives. The practical part of the work is focused on the technological processing of the specified part, which is the assembly mandrel used for precise gluing. The technological process was developed and in cooperation with the company, the production of its own component took place. In the last phase, the final inspection of products and evaluation took place.

This work deals with lathes, machines used for the turning technology. The aim is to link the general conditions of the turning with the specific products available on the market and specific examples of the use of machines in practice. The first part describes the historical development. The following is description of this technology, including related regularities and the calculation formulas. The third part consists of an overview of lathes including the specific machines, their suitability for the production of different workpieces and their parameters. In the next chapter are examples of the model using of the different lathes direct in the production company, the advantages and disadvantages of their use. The last part is devoted to temporary trends and directions in the development and improvement of these machines and streamlining of the production made with using of them.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with distribution of turning machines and describes the basic parts. It is divided into free parts. The first part deals with the history and definition of treatment. It is focused on building a lathe and description of basic parts, especially the description of the spindle which I chose for computational design which I chose for computational design. In the second part I will the distribution of the modern lathe machines and I give a several examples of current production machines. In the last part I will propose construction of spindle to fit the specified parameters.

My work is focused on description of CNC lathe machines. The aim is to describe CNC, its evolution, analyze the construction of the machine and show possibilities of development in the future. Furthermore to mention companies that produce this kind of machines and try to define main differences among machines. This work is divided into four main parts. The first one is the evolution, second is description of CNC machine and companies engaged in their production. At the end is evaluation of whole work.

Master's thesis deals with the design layout of the workplace in light machinery production in TOS Kuřim-OS, as. On this workplace is turning rotating parts are manufactured in the weight of 250 kg. Proposals arrangement based on how the current state and the methodology of the design layout. It is also based on the use of machines and parameters, security principles and the possibility of new premises. To evaluate the best options are proposed criteria, which are determined by the most appropriate solution. For the chosen variant is created by the project, which includes the cost of setting up an evaluation, documentation and the benefits that arise from this option for the workplace.
