Study of optoelectrical properties of organic semiconductor thin film layers of phtalocyanines
Miklíková, Zdeňka ; Vala, Martin (referee) ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the study of optoelectric properties of thin layers of organic materials based on phthalocyanines, which can be used as an active layer of photovoltaic cells. Especially are studied the properties of the thin active layers of PdPc and PdPc + IL on the glass or ceramic substrates with aluminium contact, which are prepared by material printing here. On the prepared samples were first measured current-voltage characteristics in the dark and in the light and then were measured impedance spectrums in the dark. The received results will be used to improve the properties and structures of photovoltaic cells.
Schottky solar cells with interface graphene/Si modified by gallium
Hlavička, Ivo ; Lišková, Zuzana (referee) ; Mach, Jindřich (advisor)
Main focus of this bachelor thesis is on fabrication, characterization and modification of graphene-on-silicon Schottky solar cells. By transfering CVD graphene onto silicon wafer with electrodes, a basic Schottky junction was created. The junction was then modified by annealing in UHV chamber as well as by gallium deposition. Information about power conversion efficiency of such Schottky solar cells was then obtained by IV measurement. Schottky junction itself was analyzed using X-EBIC method.
Study of interface graphene-on-silicon by EBIC method
Hammerová, Veronika ; Lišková, Zuzana (referee) ; Mach, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to study of interface graphene-on-silicon located on solar cell with graphene layer. The interface was studied by EBIC method and Raman spectroscopy. Solar cells with graphene sheet was fabricated using electron litography, chemical etching and graphene made by CVD method. The thesis describes fabrication of solar cells with graphene layer, method EBIC measured on SEM and analysis of changes graphene-on-silicon interface caused by enlightenment electron beam by Raman spectroscopy. In theorethical part is described p-n junction and Schottky junction of solar cell, graphene and its fabrication, as well as EBIC method fundamentals.
Different use of the wind energy.
Lakva, Petr ; Boráň, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jícha, Jaroslav (advisor)
The target of this bachelor study is describing basic type of renewable sources of energy. Emphasis is put on wind energy. Another part is description of different types of wind generators. In the last part study deals with problem of accumulation of wind energy for later use, thanks to compression of air in the underground mines.
Study of thermal properties of materials for solar cells lamination
Dohnalová, Lenka ; Matiašovský, Peter (referee) ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (advisor)
The topic of presented bachelor´s thesis was study of thermal properties of materials for solar cells lamination. The main goal of this thesis was measuring and characterisation of the basic thermal properties of volume materials and plastic films, which are used to solar cells lamination. At first a thermal response to a concrete thermal pulse was measured by the thermoelectric thermometer. Then there was studied the distribution of temperature on the surface of a sample during heating and cooling by the non-point heat source. At the beggining of this thesis it was needed to define heat and ways it´s spread, then the basic thermal properties and also methods of their determination. The ways of measuring temperature were described and then used in praxis. My thesis deals with study of thermal properties volume materials. It was needed to characterize measured volume material and define it´s thermal parameters, because the values of thermal parameters of measured samples of lamination films were compared to these values. This thesis is concerned in solar cells too. So there were also described their structure, properties, utilization and way of their production. After the definition of all needed therms the experimental part of this thesis was begun. At first the thermal response of each of the eight different samples was measured by the pulse transient method. Then there was studied the thermal field on the surface of the sample by thermocamera through using the pulse transient method. Findings of both methods were finally compared.
Využití solární energie formou fotovoltaických systémů
Srovnalová, Silvie
Bachelor thesis Utilization of solar energy by photovoltaic cells focuses on solar radiation and the history of photovoltaics at first. It also describes principles of operation and use of photovoltaic cells, their material properties, design and subsequently recycling. It also presents photovoltaic systems that convert solar energy into electrical energy, their advantages and disadvantages. Further, there are evaluated legislative and climate conditions in the CR in relation to other sites. Finally, there are briefly depicted other renewable resources that are used to produce electricity.
The Analysis of Support of Solar Energy in Jihocesky Kraj by the European Union
PECHLÁT, Vít
This dissertation called The Analysis of Support of Solar Energy in Jihocesky Kraj by the European Union is focused right on one field of alternative sources of energy, which is very debated topic these days. The purpose of this dissertation paper is to describe the current situation in the exploitation of solar energy in Jihočeský kraj. Afterwards, the evaluation of photovoltaic power station to measure if the capital investment into alternative sources of energy presents profitable chance.
