A space for social work in supporting the contact of women in prison with their minor children

The number of imprisoned women in the penitentiary care system of the Czech Republic has increased recently, a significant part of them are mothers of minor children. The question arises as to how they are treated and what happens to their children during the mother's stay in prison. We will deal with searching for a space for social work in supporting of the contact of women in prison with their minor children not only by the social workers of the prisons themselves, but also by other social work entities that work with the family system.
