Pešta, Š. Alternative sources of propulsion and their perception by Slovak consu-mers. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. This thesis describes the perception of alternative sources of propulsion by Slovak consumers on the automotive market. The thesis identifies the perception and awareness of alternative propulsion in the Slovak market. Subsequently, recommendations are proposed based on the findings of primary and secondary research for vendors and for the state. A questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to obtain data in the primary research. A total of 749 respondents participated in the survey and 11 respondents participated in an in-depth interviews. The results of the research points to areas that vendors and the state must focus on in order to increase interest in alternative forms of vehicle propulsion.

The diploma thesis „Proposals for company improvement on the Slovak market“ is focused on company ABC, producing special feed intended for animals. Theoretical part deals with the importace of international trade, posibility for businesses how to enter into foreign markets as well as theory analysis of internal and external business environment. Second part of the thesis analyses these environment from the practical point of view. Third part consists of suggestions how to improve ABC company´s business model on the Slovak market.
Analysis of marketing strategy of the company Jamex s.r.o. on Slovak market

This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing strategy of Slovak company JAMEX s.r.o., which is a seller and producer of metallurgical material and reinforcing steel. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current marketing strategy of the company, create situational analysis, SWOT analysis and describe its marketing mix. The obtained data helps to suggest improvements and decide what measures should be taken in order to strengthen the position on the market. Furthermore, the last part of the thesis analyses the Czech market as an opportunity for the company to expand in foreign country and specifies the main advantages and disadvantages it may be facing on the new market.
Analysis of the Slovak market entry

Recommendation will be based on a situation analysis of the real estate market and of the main competitors. It should confirm or disconfirm the hypothesis, that in the slovak real estate market exists a niche in providing complex services for byuers and sellers of the real estates, which could be filled by project bezrealitky.cz
