Tilt and lift mechanism of storage tray
Ostrý, Josef ; Dostál, Petr (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to design a structural arrangement of lifting and tilting mechanism storage tower SSI Logimat, including the design of the drive. The introduction included a description of selected vertical storage systems of different companies and then compared them. Another section includes the design lift and tilt mechanism, calculation and design their drives and the subsequent description of their components. At the end of the master thesis is attached the drawings of the proposed mechanisms.
Skid Storage Systems
Vlasák, Ondřej ; Špička, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The goal of this bachalor´s thesis is to study palletized-material storage systems. The main and most spread types of paletised storage systems are described, including the construction solutions, utilisation and also critical view of each system.
Design of automatic feeder of movable shelfs of storage system SSL LogiMat
Stoklásek, Tomáš ; Dlesk, Daniel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is automatic movable shelves feeder design. the feeder is part of vertical lift storage system Logimat Total weight of movable shelf is 760 kg. The technical report contains feeder design calculation, feeder’s main parts strength calculation and the design of the way of picking the movable shelf from the storage lift. The report also contains feeder’s frame strength analysis using finite element method and sensor design for motion control.
Technical equipment analysis of modern storage systems
Cícha, Tadeáš ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Strejček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is focused on current range of storage systems, concretely conventional and automated. The first part is focused on analysis of storing and types of stocks, way of identification the stocks and their methods of transport. The second part describes the different types of conventional and automated warehouses.
Technical equipment analysis of modern storage systems
Zapletalík, Jiří ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis is focused on mapping the current offers of sophisticated storages systems. Today, the storages systems are often implemented to logistic systems in different companies. Part of the systems is usually an automatic loading, unloading and providing the actual information about the storage units.
Optimization of the warehouse system in the selected production plant
KOVÁŘOVÁ, Zuzana
The aim of the diploma thesis was optimization of the warehouse system according to suitability for use in assortment in a selected production company focusing on material and information flows, decay processes, warehouse technology, logistic costs and relevant logistics indicators.
