Design of Microrobots –wing set
Konečný, Mikuláš ; Hůlka, Tomáš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The bachelor thesis tries to briefly describe research of methods, systems and diverse components practically used in the design and production of microrobots. The following part of the thesis is based upon a design and fabrication an enlarged and simplified model of wings and flight apparatus of a flying microrobot inspired in the world of living insect. The last part consists of description of potential methods of control and piloting.
Simplified computer models of elements for an air distribution
Mishuk, Aliaksandra ; Gebauer, Günter (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
The goal of this master thesis is to create a simplified model of an actual swirl diffuser using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation, so that it would be easy to calculate (would have a simple geometry, a proper mesh and would enable quick definition of the model’s boundary conditions) and would also create an airflow pattern in space as close to reality as possible. In the process a CFD model with a certain geometry was created. Subsequently, various model settings were tested. Calculation results were compared with the results of the experimental measurement done using the PIV method.

TRAVELLING WAVES IN ROTATIONAL MACHINES
Půst, Ladislav ; Pešek, Luděk
This paper is concerned with vibrations of stationary or rotating disk as a simplified model of real bladed turbine disk. Two types of disks are investigated: perfect rotational disk with the same dynamic properties in all radial directions and imperfect disk having different dynamic properties in two independent modes of vibration. Presented study is first part of theoretical analysis intended as a background for evaluation method used in experimental research of vibrations of bladed disk in real rotational machines or their models.
