Manufacturing of a holder
Bělocký, Jan ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the design of a holder on the central tube under the dashboard of a car. The purpose of the holder is to secure individual dashboard components to the central tube. The required production series is 100,000 pieces per year. The specified material is HC420LA steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Various manufacturing methods were analyzed, with the most suitable being a combination of shearing and bending in a compound progressive tool. The selected semi-finished product is a sheet metal strip in coil form. Subsequently, a manufacturing process was designed, and based on it, a tool was constructed in which the part is produced in five steps. According to the calculated forming force of 886 kN, a KSTE 2000 servo press was then chosen.
Manufacturing of a Cable Holder
Šimka, Radek ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis proposes a design for the production technology of the cabling holder, situated in the outdoor part of the air conditioner. This product is made of steel sheet DC01 with a thickness of 1 mm. The production of this holder is set to be 200 000 pieces per year. A progressive die tool was selected as the most suitable type of production technology, based on a literature study of various production technologies. This enables to combine cutting and bending of steel sheets with the use of one tool device. Manufacture will be performed using a mechanical eccentric press LEN 63 C. All the necessary requirements of this device are satisfactory for the production.
Manufacturing of the part of a wine bottle opener
Kyselá, Lenka ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Diploma thesis introduces the design of a functional part of a wine opener, focusing on simplicity and effectivity of the manufacturing process with the use of progressive stamping tool. The part will be made by technology of progressive cutting and bending. For the production of the specified part stainless steel coil marked as 17 241.4 will be used This material is suitable for the use in commercial gastronomy thanks to its qualities. Also in this thesis there are technical calculations, suggestios for of optimal tools, economic calculations, and technical-economic evaluation of the production of the specified part.
Manufacturing of wall clamp
Hájek, Pavel ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project in this bachelor thesis solves a proposal of technology of a wall clamp manufacture. The part will be made of rolled coils (5 mm thick), from steel 11 373 in production of 150 000 pieces a year. Shearing and bending were the most optimal methods chosen from the considered manufacture technologies. The literary study is devoted to the study of chosen technologies. Based on the technological calculations, a transfer combined tool was suggested. According to the size of the overall mould force, an eccentric press LKDR 315 was chosen. This press reaches nominal force of 3150 kN.
Manufacturing of wheel holder for washing machine
Kopřiva, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project is design technology components by cutting and bending. It is a component, which is used for attaching wheel of waching machine. It is manufactured from sheet steel. Analysis of suitable technologies for the production of manufacturing were selected in the combined processing tools. The tool uses standard components for cutting and bending, which is done on an eccentric press LEN 40 (manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno), with a nominal tensile force 400 kN. The prize of holder is about 8 Kč.
Manufacturing of wall clamp
Maleček, Michal ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
A wall clamp is used for attachment of terrace board to supporting structure. The discussed part is manufactured from sheet metal 11 375.20 which is 2 mm thick. The production series will be 150,000 pieces per year. A combination of shearing and bending in the combined tool was selected from a variant solution as the most suitable technology of manufacturing. Based on technological and structural calculations, a tool was designed with lower pressure pad at the bend point. For this tool was also made fundamental drawings. In view of the total moulding force and work, LEN 40 C press with the nominal force 250 kN (manufactured by TOMA INDUSTRIES s.r.o.) was selected. Necessary manufacturing costs of one part were determined from an economic evaluation. According to a break-even point, the manufacturing becomes profitable for a series of more than 89 196 pieces.
Manufacturing of wall clamp
Kourek, Lukáš ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project which was work out in bachelor thesis is setting up a production for an wall clamp. Component is made from corrosion resistant steel plate 17 240 thickness 0,7 mm in form of roll. Produce´s series is determined in 500 000 pieces/ year. Based on the literature study was chosen optimal production technology of cutting and bending. Technological and structural computation were accomplished for these technologies, owing to them was projected combined follow-on tool. Eccentric press LEXN 100 C, which reaches expressed force, was chosen by needful size of total forming force 1000 kN.
Manufacturing of backstop
Toufar, Jan ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Thesis solves the design of manufacturing technology of steel backstop – the part made by shearing and bending. The component will be made from a rolled steel coil of the DC01+ZE25/25-A-P-C material with the thickness of 1 mm. The batch size is determined 200 000 parts per year. At base of choosen process and calculations is designed progressive die for shearing and bending. Shearing punches, punching dies, bending punch and dies are made from steel 19 436. Die is made for eccentric press LENR 25-A with forming force 250 kN.
Versatile tool for the production of holder
Kučera, Jiří ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
This project is conceived within the bachelor's degree in engineering technology (B3S-K Engineering) technology by design sheet metal parts 11 373.1 on a combined tool. It is based on the literature studies about cutting and bending has been proposed several variants of the production of specified parts to be produced entirely in a single tool. The proposed tool is clamped in the eccentric press LEN 63C firm TOMA Industries with a nominal force of 630 kN. The functional parts are made of tool steel, 19 573, heat-processed according to drawings.
Production of connector
Kočka, Jiří ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deal with the proposal of connector manufacturing from bronze sheet CuSn6, thickness 1.5mm in production volume of 1.600.000 parts per year. From considered manufacturing variants there was chosen shearing and forming technology of thread in the progressive stamping die. For part production was selected pressing machine Bruderer 1250 with nominal pressing force 1250 kN from company E. Bruderer Maschinenfabrik AG. In the economical evaluation there were determined expenses 21.6 Kč per one piece including demanded profit. The turning point was calculated at production of 165.522 parts.
