The load-bearing reinforced concrete structure
Čapek, Andrej ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete structure of an apartment building according to the specified documents. The content of the work is the design of a locally supported ceiling slab above the 2 underground floor, for which 3 variants were calculated and compared. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the assessment of a prefabricated staircase. In addition to the text part, a static calculation and drawings of shapes and reinforcements of selected structures are processed.
Reinforced concrete structure of the climbing wall building
Válek, Jakub ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (referee) ; Požár, Michal (advisor)
Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the design and assessment of selected reinforced concrete slab and other parts of reinforced structure of the university climbing centre in Pardubice. The static analysis of the structures was performed using the SCIA Engineer 22.1 program based on the finite element method. This analysis was verified by hand calculation. The progress of the design responds to valid European regulations and standards ČSN EN 1992-1-1, ČSN EN 1991-1 to 7 and ČSN 73 1201. The finished work is the design and elaboration of drawings of the shape and reinforcement of the given parts. The design of the structures was made using BIM coordination with other specializations that carried out the designs of the other parts of the building.
Design of the office structure
Totková, Lucie ; Pinkas, Karel (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and assessment of the cooling reinforced concrete ceiling by EC2: Design of Concrete Structures. The introductory part is focused on selected type cooling ceiling system and its detailed description. The important part is dedicated to influence of water temperature on reinforced concrete ceiling structure. In this thesis is included calculation of internal forces, calculation of maximal deflection of the slab and its assessment of the puncture. This task is analysed using the software SCIA Engineer and ANSYS.
Static solution of parking house
Rose, Dominik ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the elaboration of a static solution of a parking house with four above-ground floors. Three variants are elaborated, one of which was elaborated in more detail. The proposed elements are the ceiling slab, the columns and staircase. The SCIA Engineer 20.0 program is used to calculate the internal forces. As part of the work, drawing documentation is also prepared. The structure is designed according to correctly valid standards.
Design of the building concrete structure
Kurpel, Juraj ; Chalabala, Jiří (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a load-bearing structure for the ultimate and serviceability limit state of a civil building. The structure is designed as a cast-in-place concrete structure, composed of columns and floor slabs. The building has total of 5 floors, two are under-ground and three above-ground. The thesis contents of a structural design and design options, structural design report for load-bearing elements, processing of the drawings, details, visualizations. Internal forces calculation is carried out in SCIA Engineer and validated by the moment accumulation method for slabs. The columns are assessed by interaction diagrams, one is verified by hand calculation. The resulting internal forces are taken from the computational programme. Foundations are not subject for solution.
Design of the concrete sewage plant
Štramberský, Martin ; Strnad,, Jiří (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of my bachelor's thesis is a static design of a sewage plant reservoir, dimensioning and examination of the construction part for Capacity Limit State and Applicability Limit State. Design documentation is included in the project. The aim of this thesis was to design the reservoir in such a way that there would be no cracks in the concrete. The calculations were carried out in accordance with Eurocode 2.
Optimization of large technology compound design
Krňávek, Ondřej ; Kršík, Jakub (referee) ; Nevařil, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the optimization of the structural design of large technology compounds. The main emphasis is placed on the participation of available optimization instruments in the design of supporting structures of these constructions. The introductory part is primarily focused on the optimization itself. In this part are further specified also used optimization methods, computational finite element method, implemented code checks and calculation of cost of construction. The main part is dedicated to application of optimization procedure for the design of steel supporting structure of the auxiliary technological object of thermal power plant. The objective criterium shall then constitute the total cost of construction works along with operating costs. For the solution is used Scia Engineer software together with optimization module Scia Engineer Optimization Toolbox. The whole analysis is presented comprehensively from the description of computational model to results evaluation. The attention is paid to the optimization task settings, technical solution of optimization, optimization methods deployment and during the calculation process (especially to the development of objective function values and desing constraints during the optimization solution).
Bridge over railway line and river
Kalísová, Eva ; Zobek, Svatopluk (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a bridge in Most. It bridges the railway line and the river Bílina. Three possible variants have been proposed. One of the variants has been selected and further elaborated. The solved variant was an arc with a suspended pre-stressed bridge beam. The supporting element is a reinforced concrete backbone. The construction is built on a ring. Static analysis partly includes the effect of phased construction. The design was assessed according to EN.
Comparison of FEM softwares
Tačner, Jan ; Kratochvíl, Ondřej (referee) ; Kika, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is to compared static programs SCIA Engineer and ANSYS, working on finite elements method. For clarity, in both programs there is modeled the same tower structure with a defined load - depending on the chosen design, character and location of the building. Programs are compared in terms of both the user ie work with its own program), and of quality received numerical and graphical outputs.
Design of the supporting structure of the elementary school
Vintrová, Tereza ; Huryta, Ladislav (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the load-bearing structure of the main building of the primary school in the village of Hrušovany u Brna, followed by the assessment of selected parts of the structure. The building is designed as a monolithic skeleton based on foundation slabs, which, together with the basement walls, form a "white tank." The subsequent assessment focuses primarily on the foundation structures, walls, roof slab, selected columns, and the staircase. Computational models and the internal forces obtained from them were created using the SCIA Engineer software. The thesis includes a static calculation and drawing documentation. The thesis was conducted in accordance with applicable standards.
