Present trends in frontend web development

This thesis contains present trends in frontend web development. On the basis of this, there is made web application which is responsive a it is usable on mobile devices. In the theoretical part, there are described news and present trends of frontend web development and in the practical part, there is described whole process, which contains design, development, testing and deployment. This thesis could be very useful for beginners in the subject.
Webdesign of the responsive webpages using the CSS frameworks

This thesis deals with webdesign of flexible websites which are being built with CSS frameworks. The theoretical part describes characteristics of desktop and mobile devices and also describes specific webdesign approaches aimed for these devices. The thesis explains concept of CSS framework and its usability in responsive webdesign. In this part of the thesis there are presented the most widely used CSS frameworks and one of them (Twitter Bootstrap) is described in detail. This particular framework is also used for building of own responsive website in the practical part of this thesis. The main goal of this thesis is to introduce available CSS frameworks on the market and to describe benefits and disadvantages of their use.
Flexible web design for various display devices

This thesis deals with the creation of flexible website design for diverse display devices. The theoretical part deals with the approaches and strategies for building web pages suitable for different display devices. The thesis is mainly focused on responsive webdesign. In the practical part there is built a responsive web page. This website has been tested in a variety of display devices and web browsers. An additional part of the thesis is a questionnaire. The main purpose of the questionnaire was to prove that it makes sense to deal with the topic of flexible webdesign. The aim of this thesis is to design and built responsive website using the described methods and evaluation of testing of this website.
Use and comparison of CSS frameworks with regard to responsive webdesign

This Bachelor thesis reviews, analyses and makes recommendations about selected CSS frameworks with regards to responsive webdesign. The main objective is to introduce CSS frameworks, take their benefits into account in the development of responsive web, describe examples of their usage, compare frameworks according to fundamental criteria and describe the problems and advantages of the frameworks. This Bachelor thesis deals with responsive web issues and CSS frameworks themselves first. This part is then followed by a brief comparison of CSS frameworks according to the established criteria, detailed comparison and final comparison described in the created application. At the end of the thesis advantages and disadvantages resulting from the web development with various CSS frameworks are described, supplemented with insights into the framework's proper usage.
Responsive webdesign

This Master thesis focuses on responsive web design. The main objective is to provide comprehensive view of the website created in so-called responsive realization, and impart awareness to readers not only about idea of responsive web design itself, but also about other ways of creating mobile webs. Furthermore, thesis deals with constructing of overview and comparison of selected technologies and frameworks with support of creating responsive websites. Every group of technologies or procedures is discussed in single chapter, to let reader simple and clearly return to particular concepts. After reading this thesis the reader should acquire not only detailed knowledge about responsive web design, but also suggestions and manuals for creating websites and for decisions in choosing the type of technology, which is possible to use to creating websites.
„Freedom at work“ IT companies in the Czech Republic

My bachelor's thesis deals with topic of companies in IT industry based in the Czech Republic that incorporate principles of freedom at work. The goal of the thesis is to elaborate the case study focused on efficiency of two Czech companies in the IT industry that are comparable in size and specialization. One of the companies calls itself "freedom at work" company and the other one does not. In the theoretical part I describe agile and rigorous methodologies of software development and other tools for project management or document sharing commonly used in companies. I focus more closely on Rational Unified Process, extreme programming and Scrum. In the next part of the thesis I focus on describing principles of freedom at work. This part is crucial for the correct understanding of the research structure that deals with company efficiency. Regarding the principles I describe factors related to company culture, shared vision, hiring new employees, trust and responsibility principles and some others. I carried out the research at companies Abdoc and Clevis. Both companies develop web applications and websites aimed at the mobile platform.
Mobile webdesign techniques

This work deals with an analysis of ways to create webpages optimized for mobile devices. Issues concerning current state of mobile market along with theoretical foundations of mobile industry are described in the beginning of the thesis. The main part examines methods of creating webpages for mobiles devices. The imlementation part describes a prototype of a webpage, which is based on analyzed methods.
