Apartment building
Juřica, Michal ; Nespěšný, Ondřej (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building an apartment house in Lutopecká street in Kroměříž. The designed building is located in the western part of the town of Kroměříž, it is a detached building with four floors above ground and a basement. The residential building has a rectangular ground plan and is divided into two parts with separate entrances, each entrance has 15 residential units, so the total number of residential units in the whole building is proposed to be 30. The proposed apartments have a layout of 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. The basement will be used for the technical background of the building and storage space for the residents of the building. The house is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab made of waterproof concrete. The exterior walls of the house are a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and ceramic bricks. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is covered by a flat roof with extensive vegetation. Building is clad with an ETICS system using mineral wool. The work also included a basic assessment of the building physics and fire safety design of the building.
Statical solution of reinforced concrete structure
Stehno, Pavel ; Ivana,, Švaříčková (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis I study designing and appraising monolithic ceiling slab, which is statically solved by two - way slab. In order to dimension this load - bearing structure to effect of bending moments will be applied computer simulation. The solution is checked by simple method of total moments. Very important part of this thesis is structural analysis affecting pushing through the ceiling slab. Pushing will be soluted by manual analysis, results will be compared with output values of computer analysis. Critical state sagging of the ceiling slab is solved very marginally. The main purpose of this thesis consists of creation technical report, structural analysis and design documentation of soluted structure.
The Development of the Building of the Kindergarten in Brno - Ivanovice, civil technological project.
Pivcová, Tereza ; Hrdličková, Eliška (referee) ; Kovářová, Barbora (advisor)
Subject of this master thesis is the structural and technological support for the construction of nursery school in Brno Ivanovice. The aim of master thesis is to design time, financial and material resources. The thesis contains technical report, time schedule, building-site, technological standard, control and quality inspection plan and study of realization of the main stages. Part of the thesis is trade’s specialization.
Reinforced concrete ceiling of
Slanina, Bohumil ; Šimůnek, Petr (referee) ; Laníková, Ivana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis describes static analysis and design of reinforced monolithic concrete structure office building. The goal is verify dimensions of submitted project and design the reinforced concrete slab. The slab is situated above the first floor.
Lower structure University Centre in Zlín
Rokosová, Iva ; Špinar, Petr (referee) ; Kantová, Radka (advisor)
The content of the thesis is a construction project of university technology center in Zlín. The project includes technological specification for the earthwork and pile walls and technological regulation for foundation construction and waterproofing. Regulations are supplemented by inspection and test plan, suitable machinery and equipment assembly site for the technological steps and calculations. It is addressed safety, schedule and budget of the working stage.
Apartment house Buchlovice
Janča, Tomáš ; Skřeková, Tereza (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in buchlovice, k. ú Buchlovice. It is a detached building that closes the residential area. The building is under-collapsed all over its area. The object is divided into two sectors. The northwest sector has three above-ground floors and consists of two residential units. The south-eastern sector has two above-ground floors and also consists of two residential units. The total capacity of the building is four residential units and a mass garage in the basement. All residential units have a separate entrance. The supporting structures of the building are designed from cut brick blocks, monolithic reinforced concrete construction is designed for the underground part of the building. Horizontal supporting structures are chosen reinforced concrete monolithic due to the span and subdiment of the object. The roofing of the building is designed as a classic saddle truss in combination with a single-roof vegetation roof.
Load-bearing reinforced concrete structure of a multi-storey building
Fikejsová, Kristýna ; Laníková, Ivana (referee) ; Šimůnek, Petr (advisor)
This subject of this thesis is an apartment building with a garage in basement and three levels located in the part of Praha called Stodůlky. In this thesis are solved certain parts of reinforced concrete structures: foundation slab, slab above basement floor, column, stairway, cantilever slab and wall. Static behaviour of the object is analysed in the programme SCIA Engineer. The drawings of the reinforcements are made in the system programme AutoCAD and the superstructural programme for AutoCAD Recoc
The Frame Construction of Atypical Floor Plan
Slanina, Bohumil ; Perla, Jan (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
The thesis describes the analysis and design part of reinforced concrete frame structure. Calculation was made by program SCIA Engineer and verified by manual calculations using simplified methods. Static solution includes an assessment of floor slabs, columns and stairs. The output is then individual drawings of reinforcement. The thesis also includes a study determining the effective width for single rib.
