The Project Proposal of Expanding Production Space.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a project of expanding production space using a suitable project management methodology for the company COMPEX, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of project management and chosen methods of strategic management. The following analytical part first introduces the company, its business and devices it manufactures. Then, according to chosen methods of strategic management, the internal and external environment is mapped and the problém found is defined and summarized. The last proposal part contains the processed whole project preparation, which is ready for realization. The Microsoft Project 2019 application was used in the project preparation.

Identification of risks of selected business entity by using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis

The thesis deals with the analysis of the MSK Břeclav s.r.o. company, identification of particular risks of the company and subsequent optimization of its management and ensuring financial stability. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first identifies theoretical background, the second analyses the club using the organization structure analysis, SLEPT and SWOT analyses, fundamental analysis, Porter's five forces model, MCKinsey 's 7S model and RIPRAN risk analysis method. Based on the identified data, the thesis then provides proposed solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.
