Possibilities of financing flood protection measures

The main theme of this work is the financing of public orders. The theoretical part deals with investments, public orders, flood protection measures and national subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture. In the second part of the bachelor thesis there is analysis of specific flood protection measure on the Hodonínka river. This section discusses the funding option that has actually been used and deals with other possible alternatives to financing this public order.

In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.

The Funding of a public order from the perspective of a contractor

This thesis deals with funding of contract from the point of view of contractor. It describes the possibility of financing the building both from the internal and external sources. All conditions that had to be met to win the contract will be explained on a real situation and the way and development of financing the contract will be described as well. The goal of the thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in funding of the agreed contract from the contractor´s point of view.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction order preparation and management from aspect of investor. The diploma thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about life cycle of the project, the legislative environment, financing and about contractual relations between projects. In the practical part, these theoretical knowledge are subsequently are applied to a particular public contract where the investor is the town of Mohelnice. A target of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the entire course of the implementation of the public construction contract from preparation to completion and putting into operation.

Prague City Hall's attitude to prostitution

The diploma thesis The City Hall of Prague attitude towards prostitution is based on the constructivist paradigm and uses feminist theories. It examines, by means of a critical reading, the attitudes of the City Hall of Prague towards prostitution and its development in course of time. The period of investigation was determined by the beginning of municipal intention to introduce a regulatory bill. For this purpose all the relevant press releases from the period 2003 and 2015 were gathered. These documents are concerned with prostitution and they are accessible on press service section of www.praha.eu portal used by the City Hall as a medium for press releases. A theory part introduces basic concepts and trends in feminist debates concerning prostitution. The core of the thesis consists of four categories derived from the source data.These are: definition of prostitution, prostitution as a problem, needs and goals, and support and repression. The categories are treated critically from the viewpoint of feminist theories. The author follows not only the topics concerning prostitution, but also the way they are presented. Administrativě Expulsion Proceeding Abstract The diploma thesis entitled "Administrativě Expulsion Proceeding" deals with a detailed analysis of the applicable legislation on the institute of the administrativě expulsion including its related aspects. The content of the entire thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter defines the institute of the administrative expulsion as such with the emphasis on its non- punitive character. The second chapter emphasizes the analysis of the individual situations which the act on the residence of aliens defines as reasons leading to the delivery of administrative expulsion decision. These reasons are analysed considering the fact whether the alien is a national of an E U member state or the alien is a third-country national as well as whether the alien stays on the territory of the Czech Republic on the basis of the temporary, long-term, or permanent residence. As the lawmaker defines the significant part of reasons by an indeterminate legal concept, i.e., the public order, the third chapter gives an interpretation of this indeterminate legal concept introduced by the Nejvyšší správní soud ČR (the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic) and, at the same time, aims at delivering the answer to the question whether as conduct, seriously disrupting...
