The bachelors thesis deals with the application of methods of network analysis on the real project in the company VÚHŽ a.s. The content of the project is the installation of technology PVD + PA CVD for nanocoating, which consists of the reconstruction of the existing facility and placing of the coating line. The work schedule is processed by the project, its source and risk analysis. The work contains suggestions for optimalization or improvements. The project is processed in Microsoft Project 2010.

The thesis is processed in TOS KUŘIM – OS, a. s. company, where are collected information and bases. Next basis work on theoretical presumptions of specialized literature and practical experiences.

The work focuses on the use of software support for the use of network analysis in the reconstruction of offices for the company Robotrio, Ltd. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the work, which must be understood for proper understanding of the practical part, which will be the first analyzed the current status of the project and subsequently detected by the analysis will be given their own proposals and measures to improve the efficiency of the project and summarizes the other benefits of this work. The intention of this work is not only to improve the original design of the project, but also demonstrate the benefits of information technology in project management and overall project management.

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is tax optimalization in practical use. This Bc thesis is based on theoretical analysis and deals with the Czech tax system. It mentions different kinds of taxes in the Czech Republic and explain some possibilities paying of tax. The subsequent part deals with the analysis of tax system in private company Agrall, a. s. The practical part is focused on project management including EU projects. The main objective of project management and funds raising is to lead to finacial resource saving. In the practical part, several scenarios of grant and offshore possibilities are given an optimal solution.
