In this thesis is designed Development Programme of Trebic. The work analyzes the state and development of the city, on the basis of SWOT analysis were identified weaknesses particularly in the area of high unemployment, business support, low promotion of the city and energy city policy. Especially for those areas suggestions of improvements/development, for example through mobile applications for the greater appeal of the city or using the energy manager to monitor the energy performance of buildings.

“The Development Programme of Vodňany Town” as an instrument for the support of a local business in town Vodňany

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate a local strategic document called "The Development Programme of Vodňany Town" ("Program rozvoje městě Vodňany") as a possible instrument for the strategic support of a local business in town Vodňany. The issue is examined primarily from the perspective of the local entrepreneurs and their intrinsic needs. The first part includes the basic theoretical background of the issue and definitions of the key concepts of this thesis, namely -- entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, business environment, business support and strategic planning. The theoretical part is followed by a characterization of the town of Vodňany and a basic description of "The Development Programme of Vodňany Town", in particular topics which are related with the support of entrepreneurship. The main part of the practical is a result of a probing survey of local entrepreneurs. The aim of this survey was to ascertain the views of the local entrepreneurs to local entrepreneurship support and the town development plan of Vodňany -- "The Development Programme of Vodňany Town". "The Development Programme of Vodňany Town" can be regarded as a good base for the support of a local business and for the strategic development of the local business environment. However, it contains a number of insufficiencies, which can substantially prevent the implementation of various measures to promote entrepreneurship in practice, and thereby reduce its real contribution. Examples of these insufficiencies are eg. absence of a concrete financial plan, the absence of criteria for evaluating projects, ignoring important factors which affect the business environment and lack of communication between the town and business entities. Materials for processing this thesis were obtained from literature, the available statistical data, survey and structured interviews.

The Relationship between Municipal Development Program, Budget Outlook and Annual Municipal Budget

The bachelor{\crq}s thesis deals with the municipality development programme, budget outlook, and annual municipality budget in selected sample municipalities. In the theoretical part, the thesis studies individual documents, their legal regulation and recommendations for their preparation and application. The practical part contains an analysis of the existing links between the municipality development programme, budget outlook and annual municipality budget. It also includes a more detailed description of links between the development programme and financial instruments, i.e. between the budget outlook and the annual budget of the municipality, the city of Plzeň. According to the results of the analysis of examined municipalities, the current situation is not very satisfactory. The municipalities do not use the municipality development programme and financial instruments as defined by the recommendations for their preparation and application. Particularly in smaller villages, there is no education in this field and the regulations are frequently infringed.

Činnost krajského úřadu ve vybraném kraji v oblasti rozvoje cestovního ruchu

Cílem této práce je zmapovat činnost Krajského úřadu Pardubického kraje v oblasti rozvoje cestovního ruchu. V první části práce přibližuje samotný Pardubický kraj, následuje zhodnocení potenciálu kraje pro cestovní ruch a výčet hlavních institucí zodpovídajících za rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Dále se již zabývá konkrétně činností krajského úřadu: probíhajícími programy na podporu cestovního ruchu, vyhlášenými grantovými programy. V závěru je uvedeno zhodnocení a nastínění hlavních problémových oblastí do budoucna. Hlavní přílohu tvoří SWOT analýza kraje pro oblast cestovního ruchu, seznam nosných témat CR zvolených pro rok 2008, seznam certifikovaných turistických informačních center v kraji.

Diplomová práce vytipovává konkrétní veřejné výdajové programy pro financování rozvojových aktivit navržených v programu rozvoje mikroregionu Účelové sdružení obcí Slavkovský les. V teoretické části dává přehled o všech aktuálních vypsaných veřejných výdajových programech. V praktické části analyzuje a popisuje stav vybraného mikroregionu a vybírá konkrétní možnosti, kde může mikroregion žádat o podporu pro financování svých projektů.
