This thesis deals with analysis of internal and external spa environment which is used for definition of business strategies. These strategies should be implemented by company for increase its ability to compete. The thesis also describes potentialities and benefits of using e-marketing.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of recommendations for the company Levické mliekárne a.s. in order to increase its competitiveness. In the lite-rature search are explained the basic concepts necessary for creating a strategy and also analyses that are later used in the results section. Methods such as PESTE ana-lysis, Porter’s five forces framework and Principle of key factors are used in the ana-lysis of the external and internal environment. All identified opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Sub-sequently, using the SWOT matrix are proposed recommendations for the company Levické mliekárne a.s. The most suitable recommendation is financially evaluated and time-limited.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose a strategy that will help increase awareness, attendance, and expand the use of the selected accommodation facility. The analysis of the external and internal environment were made and a question-naire survey was used as one of the methods of quantitative research. A SWOT analysis was created, in which four strategies were proposed, from which the strategy of creating a website and promoting the accommodation facility and using the possibility of organizing private events was selected and economically evalu-ated.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design strategies to the company ENGETO Academy through a strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, which would ensure the development of the company and strengthen its competitiveness. The theoretical part of the work is based on the literature and focuses on basic concepts and methods in the field of strategic management and planning. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part and analyzes the very functioning of the company. The external environment is analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment is evaluated on the basis of the principle of key factors. Based on individual analyzes, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The factors are evaluated using EFE and IFE matrices and the most important factors are identified. Through SWOT analysis, individual strategies are proposed, one of which is selected and economically evaluated.
