Static analysis of wooden truss
Cicálková, Eliška ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
Bachelor work is processed as static calculation of traditional wooden roof. For analysis of structural model is used program using finite element method (FEM) - Dlubal RFEM 4. According to the actual implementation is modeled brace calculating model. Here separate construction elements are assessed the first and the second limit states - ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Nail connection is maked at the close of work. It´s connections of roof tie and rafter.
Static analysis of the roof structure
Dolníčková, Andrea ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
The thesis is focused on a static analysis of a roof truss with a steel purlin. It is a pitched roof of an L shaped groundplan. Computational model of the structure is carried out in the RFEM 5.07 software tool, which performes calculations using the Finite Element Method. There are 14 load cases applied on the model of the structure. The variable loads were determined according to ČSN EN 1991-1. The individual load-bearing elements are assessed for an ultimate as well as for a serviceability limit state. The assessments are processed by a hand calculation and verified by an assessment of the structure performed in the additional software modules RF-TIMBER Pro and RF-STEEL EC3. In the last part of the thesis there are some specific joints of the elements defined.
The Structure of the Atypical Family House in Vrchlabí
Vondráček, Vít ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subject of master’s thesis is design and assessment of steel load-bearing construction of atypical family house in Vrchlabí. Structure is designed as multi-storey steel structure, cooperating with stiff concrete core. The design was considered in four different options which combines possibility of using steel, steel and timber with different way of stiffness for whole structure. There is also composite steel-concrete alternative floor trimmer for selected option. Design and assessment was conducted in accordance with the applicable standards and by using software Scia Engineer.

Design of the three wheel bike for post men, to upgrading and facilitation of work.
The Three Aisled Storage Building
Back, Tomáš ; Bajer, Miroslav (referee) ; Buchta, Stanislav (advisor)
Content diploma work, work is proposal and static review elements trojlodniho in-store object. Further is elaboration contract documents crimping with from technical news, layout drawing, production drawing and piece list materials.
Employee’s Benefits
Lohniská, Aneta ; Balihar, Daniel (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical field of employee benefits and practical use in a specific company. The aim of thesis is to evaluate company tax burden and employee satisfaction with the offer of employee benefits. Then to propose some changes that will lead to optimization of the tax system in the company.
The Viewing Tower in Brdy
Kováčová, Kristýna ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subjekt of this thesis is a design of a viewing tower located in the area of Brdy. The structure has been created as a 3D model, the internal forces have been calculated with the use o finite element method in a structural engineering software Scia Engineer 15.1. Based on the knowledge of theses forces the design of the structural systems has been done. The materials used on this construction are glued laminated timber and steel. The height of the tower is 25,725 m. The floor plan is a shape of a circle and fluctuating smaller with the gaining height. The main structural systém consists of 8 curved posts which are radiály situated on the circular floor plan. The tower has 3 observational platforms.
Server monitoring component
Boček, Jaromír ; Heriban, Pavel (referee) ; Roupec, Jan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the development of a universal server monitoring component for collecting data from various servers. This component meets the requirements for easy installation, setup and activation of the specified server. The monitored unit releases information that the monitored server is active and completely functioning, in particular, information on CPU utilization, state of disk utilization, and state of all logged users. The presented multiplatform concept puts emphasis on the most common platforms, such as Linux and Windows. In addition, transfer of acquired data through the Internet obstacles in the form of firewall configurations and other security technologies has been solved within this work.
Office and logictic building
Navrátil, Ondřej ; Ing. Michal Štrba. Ph.D. (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
Design of a steel supporting structure for one-storeyed hall based on ground plan of 60 x 80 m, clear height 10 m and total height 13,3 m. In the front part there is along the whole widht designed two-storeyed skeleton structure penetrating into the hall. From the second floor rods supported frontal part which exceeds ground plan by 2 m and on the right side is closed by pre-set cylindric structure with radius 8,6 m which covers the right frontal corner of building. The cylindric structure is around its perimeter distanced max 3,6 m from hall grand plan and is supported by posts. Both spaces had saddle roof with 8% slant, gutter edge in height 11,6 m, top line in height 12,8 m. Walls are around perimeter closed by horizontal atic in height of 13,3 m. Shape and dimensional design, load specification – stady, utility, climacic load. Calculation of imide forces and further static dimensioning of the main supporting elements and selected details. Elaboration of design documentation (dosposition, production drawing of the anchorage plan, details definited by project supervizor).
Stress-strain analysis of tooth with root inlay
Sláma, David ; Florian, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marcián, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the dental biomechanics, specifically with root inlays. Most often, two specific types of these inlays are applied: steel and composite. These inlays are fixed to endodontically treated tooth canal with luting cement and finally the crown is fixed to these inlays. The advantage of this restoration is the fact that the prime periodontal connection between tooth and bone remains preserved. The main purpose of this thesis was performing research study of root inlays. In the next part of this thesis the Stressdeformation analysis was performed using computational modeling and better inlay (comparing two samples: steel and composite) was chosen according to a stress in the dentin. The solution of this problem was performed with Fined Element Method.
