Případová studie MPLS kompatibility zařízení různých výrobců

This bachelor thesis investigates the compatibility of MPLS network between devices from three different manufacturers and practically focuses mainly on its implementation in a sample topology. The devices used here are routers from Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik. The sample network shows the MPLS network from the perspective of an ISP that provides its customers with the interconnection of their branch offices using L3VPN.

Consumer credit Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of consumer credit, focusing on a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the development of consumer credit legislation not only in the Czech Republic, but also with a focus on essential legislation of the European Community and the European Union. The thesis is also focused on answering the theses set out in the introduction, which focus mainly on the issue of assessing the creditworthiness of consumers and the issue of regulation of providers and intermediaries and their impact on the activities of these entities in practice. For this purpose, the thesis is structured into seven parts, in which the legal regulation of consumer credit is systematically described, and certain essential or problematic passages are analysed in more detail. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts that are used in all aspects of consumer credit legislation and simultaneously in this thesis. The second part follows, which deals with the historical development of consumer credit from its very beginnings, through the development of consumer credit legislation in Community law, to the development of consumer credit legislation in our legal system. Dopady legislativních změn na trh úvěrů pro spotřebitele v ČR

Vinklárek, F. The impacts of legislation changes on the consumer credit market in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to identify possible impact on the providers, intermediaries and the consumers acting on the credit market in the Czech Repub-lic, based on the analysis of changes in regulations relating to the consumer credit sector. The thesis outlines the main reasons that led to the creation of a new law on consumer credit. Its development is also identified based on the characteristics of the mortgage and consumer market and analysis of statistical data. One of the major changes in the new consumer credit law are the new conditions for early repayment of a mortgage loan. The practical part of the thesis is therefore focused on the identification of the degree of willingness and ability of clients to repay the mortgage loan early, based on a survey of clients with mortgage.

Malovaná, P. The impacts of law on consumer credit Act No 257/2016 Coll. on providers and intermediaries of consumer credit in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the main changes in the legislative concerning the providers and intermediaries acting on the consumer credit market in the Czech Republic, and then to identify possible impacts on providers and intermediaries based on this analysis. The thesis specifies the main reasons leading to the creation of a new law on consumer credit. The thesis also describes the characteristics of the consumer credit market prior to the effective date of the Act, as well as the supposed impacts of this Act on providers and intermediaries. Based on the most significant legislative changes which the law has brought for providers and intermediaries, a questionnaire was made and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the impact of the law.

Personal Charasteristics and Social Aspects in Some Social roles in Bullying

My diploma thesis deals with social support of chosen roles which occur while bullying the role of a victim and a defender. The diploma paper is divided into two consecutive parts a theoretical and a practical one. In the beginning of the theoretical part I introduced the problems of bullying and identified the roles which can be present while bullying. I also focused on the characteristics of terms: social support, capturing its forms, the participants of bullying and last, but not least the differences in children´s age. The practical part contains mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research methods. There are two goals of the research, the first is to reveal the potential roles of participants of bullying in a class team, and the second one is to detect the level of social support provided by teachers and classmates to defenders and victims of bullying. The qualitative research works as a supplement, it is focused to opinions and attitudes of defenders and victims considering the behaviour while bullying.

Financing of social services in the Liberec Region

In connection with the provision. § 95 point. g) and h) the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Coll. and the principle of subsidiarity ranges from 1.1 2015 responsibility for the implementation of subsidy management of social services in each region. In order to fulfill the obligations specified in the provisions. § 95 point. g) and h)), the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Coll is provided counties purpose subsidies from the state budget to finance the expenses associated with the provision of basic kinds and forms of social services. It provides grants to regional Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. On the county goes over all the administrative agenda, which entails an increase in claims on co-operation in the planning of social services in its territory. The main impact of the transition funding to a greater extent responsible for implementing the subsidy procedure. County handles the medium-term plan for the development of social services in collaboration with the regional municipalities and representatives of social service providers. Evaluates the performance of social service development plans and determines the network of social services in the region. The provision of funds from grant providers of social services is decided by Act no. 250/2000 Coll., On budgeting rules and regulations of the European Union regarding public support for funding. Their amount is made by the regional assembly in accordance specified conditions.

Comparison and application of Lease by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS

Subject of this diploma thesis Comparison and application of Lease by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS is a comparison and analysis of purchase and lease of tangible assets through financial and operational leasing in selected company by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS and to assess which reporting of assets is economically and organizationally effective for the accounting entity. Theoretical background of this diploma thesis is fistly dealing with reporting of financial and operational leasing by Czech accounting legislation and then by IFRS. In Chapter Czech accounting legislation leasing is regarded by the law of accounting, income taxes and the law of VAT. In chapter IFRS are firstly mentioned legislation related to leasing, after its depreciation, accounting, appraisement and at the end of theoretical part is leasing assessed by IFRIC 4. In practical part of this thesis the gained knowledge from theoretical background are used and analyzed. In this chapter the model project is elaborated for company Cramo s.r.o. which acquires and leases Bobcat loader through financial and operational leasing by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS. The decision which reporting method of assets is more effective for the company is made in this chapter. Financial Statements by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS are made for comparison in which is embedded purchased and provided asset and depreciation on the leased item. At the end of this chapter costs and revenues of leasing are summarized by Czech accounting legislation and IFRS and the result of this thesis are discussed.

Social Rehabilitation Services from the Perspective of their users

The master's thesis Social rehabilitation services from the users' point of view is concerned with social rehabilitation through users of the service who play an important role in its successful realization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic issues. Development of social services in the Czech Republic and their current legislative form is described. The importance of social rehabilitation from the view of coordinated rehabilitation is explained. However, the main part is focused on particularities of social rehabilitation in the sence of social services. Current trends in social services, related especially to a planned amendment of the Social Services Act, are referred to in the end. The practical part of the thesis is written in the form of a qualitative research. The method of questioning and semi-structured interviews were used for the purposes of the research. Fourteen people were chosen intentionally for the survey. The data gained from the interviews were analysed with the method of open coding. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate the importance of social rehabilitation in the context of abilities and skills that users of social services gained. In addition to that, social rehabilitation availability in the region of Písek was discussed. The results of the research showed interesting knowledge about meaning of service for its user. Three organizations, whose target group are people with disability, provide social rehabilitation services in the region of Písek. Obstacles connected to people's disability are the main reason for the interest in this service. The users of social services expect help and support above all, while solving their unfavourable social conditions. These may vary, so the content of social service may vary as well, and their lenght can be different across different providers. Important role in process of providing service has social worker, which leads user to social change and participates on succes of service itself. This master's thesis can be contributive to understanding the importance of social rehabilitation for disabled people's living. It brings information about users' experience with the realization of social rehabilitation services and about their satisfaction. It can also help to uncover weaknesses and obstacles during the realization of the services.
