GEDEONOVÁ, R. Suggestion of suitable recommendations for the company CUP-CAKES & COFFEE s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of suitable recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the company CUPCAKES & COFFEE s.r.o. Ba-sic concepts of strategy development in the thesis and analyses that are practically used in the results section are explained with the use of professional literature. PESTE analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces, McKinsey's model 7S and financial analysis are used in the analysis of the external and internal envi-ronment. All identified threats and opportunities of the company as well as its strengths and weaknesses are summarized in the SWOT analysis. In conclusion, suitable recommendations for the company CUPCAKES & COFFEE s.r.o. are propo-sed using the SWOT matrix.

The bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate strategy design for a construction company Kaláb, s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a literature research focused on basic terms definition. These terms are practically used in the second part of the thesis. An analysis of external and internal environment was performed to get appropriate strategy evaluation. This was completed by an analysis of Stakeholders. The PESTE and the Porter's five forces analyses were used to assess factors of external environment. Factors of internal environment were as-sessed by situation and financial analysis. Previous analyses identified an opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The final strategy was designed using the SWOT analysis.

This bachelor thesis is focused on proposal of the marketing strategy for the developer project Rezidence Modřany. The thesis is divided into two important parts, literary research and practical part. The whole theory needed for practical part is explained in the literary research. The company, its current and future project are then briefly introduced in this part. Then the situation analysis is analysed with the help of PESTE analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces, internal anal-ysis and primary data are collected. This is followed by a SWOT analysis, which consists of opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Finally, the whole marketing strategy is designed and recommended.

The bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate corporate strategy for Holoubek trade s. r. o. company. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is literature research, which is focused on defining the basic concepts related to strategic analysis and strategic management. In the analytical part analyses of the external and internal environment are performed for each SBU, which reveal their strengths and weaknesses, but also opportunities and threats. A SWOT matrix is compiled from the identified factors, from which the strategy in the proposal part is based. The strategy is formulated by determining strategic goals using the SMART method for individual elements of extended marketing mix. The conclusion of the thesis is discussion, that critically evaluates the proposed strategy.

Masters’ thesis suggests the optimal measures for the expansion of the service called “Ideální nájemce” to the new local market, concretely to Prague. In the theoretical part the crucial theoretical know-how is characterized. Knowledge described in the theoretical part was essential for the problem analysis and the proposal part. Business plan and its parts are defined together with the recommendations on how to proceed with the expansion. Furthermore it contains the analysis of the inner and outer space of the firm, which are PEST analysis, Porter‘s model of competitive environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the problem analysis the present trends and current firm’s position on the market are described, together with the analysis of the new market. Proposal part is based on the previous findings which were used to specify the concrete suggestions on how to achieve the defined objective, which is the expansion to the Prague’s market.

This thesis evaluates the financial situation of Pekárna Crocus, Ltd. between the years 2006 - 2011. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current financial position of the company and to draft proposals for its improvement. The first part will summarize all the theoretical knowledge, on the basis of which the practical part will be created. The second part consists of information relating to the company. In the third part of the work a financial analysis will be done and finally the proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation will be presented.
