Influences in the marketing environment for the selected company
HRUBEŠ, Marek
This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing environment of the selected company. In the practical part, the author analyses the marketing environment on the basis of the professional literature. The analysis is carried out by the selected financial indicators, the Porter´s Five Forces model and PEST analysis. In the next part of the thesis, the analytical methods applied by the company in practice are compared with those used by the author. On the basis of the outputs from the analyses and the comparison of the analytical methods, there are deduced recommendations for the company.

The object of this bachelor´s work "Analysis of external environmnet of selected company" is to analysis of external environment of a selected company. On the basis of this analysis we´ve determined trends in the macromode and factors that have the biggest influence on the progress of the company. In the firt part of this bachalor´s work was devoted to the study of literature relating to this topic. In the second part of this bachelor´s work was charakterized by industry and company. After it was procesed analysis of external environment by STEP analysis and Porter´s model. At the end of this work were summarized results of analyses and were compared with hypotheses.

The aim of this bachelor thesis entitled Analysis of microenvironment of firm is: To analyze microenvironment for selected firm and suggest possible improvements based on the detected situation. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, entitled literature research, is aimed at obtaining theoretical basis, which is necessary for each analysis. This basis was obtained through the study of vocational literature. The second part includes the author?s own work, which is divided on the methodological part, the part dealing with the characteristics of the selected company, and part in which studied methods were put into practice and the analysis itself was done. This analysis was further divided into part dealing with the company itself focused on human resources, products of firm and economic-financial situation, and part analyzing close surroundings of the company by using Porter?s model of five competitive forces in the sector.
